No. Rescue from the Underworld doesn't cast the creature cards from the Graveyard, it simply brings them back directly. When you cast Rescue from the Underworld, your opponent could counter it with something like Negate, because it is a non-creature spell. When it resolves, you sacrifice a creature. On your next Upkeep Step, the delayed Trigger from Rescue from the underworld triggers and goes on the Stack. Your opponent could still counter this, but only with something that can counter a Triggered Ability. It is not a Spell again at this point. When the ability resolves, the two creatures move directly from the Graveyard to the Battlefield. At no point are the creatures on the Stack, and therefore they are never Spells during this.
