My Cats Constantly Drooling

EMERGENCY: My cat is drooling and meowing constantly and I think he's really sick?

I came home today and heard him meowing. Not like a typical meowing but he's practically wailing right now and I'm scared and I'm crying. I found a trail of something brownish yellowish on the floor where he walked. I'm not sure if it's feces or what, but my cat is just sitting there looking like he's in pain and he is drooling a lot. He won't stop and I'm scared and no one's home. I can't drive yet so I can't take him to the vet. Someone please help!

My poor cat is drooling constantly now his jaw starts clicking and hes loosing hair?

It seemed to start after he went outside one night and in the morning his entire mouth was covered in drool. He can barely eat, but his appetite hasn't changed. He tries but can only eat very little. Now he is loosing hair on his hind legs almost like clumps at a time. There are no sores visible to the eye... Please I can't afford a vet and need help asap. Thank you for any suggestions.

Why is my 5-month-old constantly drooling?

Droooooooooollllll…..OK all!I will be real with you. I do not like when my son drools all over me.ITS COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!!The worst part is when I look down at his cute little face; he smiles with this look of pleasure to my uncomfort. The reasons why my son drools:He is teething. Believe it or not some babies start teething really early. He doesn't know how to control the saliva in his mouth. He breastfeeds so he knows how to swallow and suck. Just not his saliva yet!He is developing saliva at a fast rate, and because of all the changes, controlling it is the least of his worries.Lastly he likes when Dad feels uncomfortable, with cold drool rolling down the inside of Dad's shirt.. :)

Why is my Pekingese constantly drooling?

Pekingese are not dogs that normally drool. If this is something recent, I would strongly encourage a vet visit. It could be something as simple as an impacted tooth that will need to be removed or something very serious like poisoning. I had a Pekingese and she drooled when she decided to play with a toad for the first and last time (toads release a toxin which is not usually life threatening, but most dogs will never pick up another toad).

My pregnant Cat is drooling ?

My cat is pregnant and this is her third pregnancy and she has never acted this way
normally she is really noisy and obnoxious but for about a week she was quiet and very lazy but now the past two days she has been meowing a lot and she never wants to be alone and she has been drooling a lot
What should i do?
we don't really have the money to take her to a vet either

What do you do when your cat starts drooling?

It's really hard to tell. It's not normal for a cat to drool, so you might want to visit a vet ASAP. It can be due to any sorts of poisoning, dental problem, kidney failure etc. So, I highly suggest you to visit vet.If it is due to poisoning, as a primary treatment you can give him normal saline to dilute the poison.Again, please visit a vet.

Why is a cat drooling green?

He might have a dental infection either gums or maybe a bad tooth? If so he needs to get it seen to.. Can you come up with any way to get him to a vet? Some of them take Care Credit ( a low interest credit card for medical / vet bills; I think there is an interest free grace period of 6 months or so).
Or call to some shelters/ rescue groups ( search on Petfinder for animal groups in your area) and tell them you've been feeding a cat who was abandoned & he needs some vet care, and ask if they know a vet that is not too expensive. Some places have low cost vet clinics for people with low income.

You need to be extremely careful about giving him human antibiotics. . Cats cannot tolerate all human medicine. some of it is really dangerous for them. You could look up in the Merck veterinary manual about antibiotics used for cats.... but the trouble is, even if it's something they usually can have, it's hard for you to measure the right dose this way. You might just be making the bacteria more resistant. Plus if he has a bad tooth that needs to come out this will not solve the problem.

My cat has been drooling a lot recently and has several scabs all over its body?

Over the last 24 hours my 18 month old cat has been drooling a lot. It also has several scabs all over its body, including its head, ears, back and chest. Some of them are as large as a fingernail. It tends to drool while sleeping or just generally relaxing and it has never done it before. It is the first time that scabs have appeared also. It is regularly treated for ticks, fleas and worms. Does anyone have any idea why these things are happening? As far as I know, he hasnt been in any fights but he was out overnight recently for the first time.
