My Email Need To Change It To @yahoo.com.uk But I Do Not Want To Lose Any Message Comes To Current

I want to kill myself but can't stand pain?

Honey, killing yourself (please forgive my frankness) is stupid. I know that I should use a "more sensitive word" consider you are suicidal and all, but let's be honest. Telling a person I have never met that they deserve to live for some unknown reason, is stupid as well. Nothing I can type will ever completely convince you of the beauty and joy life has to offer. But let me just say this, think of how selfish and irrational you're being. Is there any problem that you have that is worth KILLING yourself over? Probably not. When you think of it realistically. As for the selfishness, think of all the people you know. Go ahead, close your eyes for a moment and release your grip on that knife in your hand. You have family, a friend, many friends even, whether you consider that or not. You have someone in your life who genuinely cares for you. Now think of that person during the saddest moment of their lives, your funeral. The tears, the pain. The same pain, in fact, that you assume you are living through. You would be causing someone else to suffer as much as you, someone you love. How is that not selfish?

Death will never be painless, darling. That's not the way life works. What I would suggest is that you live your life to the fullest, have all the experiences you want, and enjoy your loved ones while you can. Of course, you may not even bother reading to this point. If you are, get help. Seriously.

And...read this. You'll change your mind pretty quickly.

Do you consider Donald Trump your president?

The U.S. Constitution states:“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall...be elected, as follows:Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct [emphasis added], a Number of Electors...”The 12th Amendment to that document states:“The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President... The person having the greatest Number of [Electoral] votes for President, shall be the President...”Thus, the POTUS is essentially the CEO of the organization which now purports to represent the 50 states and the District of Columbia now comprising the United States of America. The people who really elect him are selected by the state’s separate legislatures as they direct. True, since 1864, they all have held elections to determine who would in turn vote to choose the states’ CEO, but such voting has not always been the case and is neither required nor guaranteed by the Constitution or its subsequent amendments. Thus, the POTUS is but the presiding executive of an organization of states. He is those states’ president, selected by their votes, the number of each having been ascertained by the total number of their senators and representatives. While “We the People” have been permitted to have some say in the choosing of our respective states’ electors, the fact that 48 states and the District of Columbia have “winner-take-all” elector selection effectively negates a huge percentage of individuals’ votes, which, e.g., effected the 2016 election results, in which the “loser” received 48.2% of the people’s vote, while the “winner” had only 46.1%.So really, answers to the original question must be couched in semantics. For me, no POTUS has ever been anyone’s President. The Presidents have, though, been the executive officers of the several states that chose them for that role. As such, it’s more meaningful to refer to the office holders simply as “the Presidents” reserving possessive pronouns for true ownership...or adulation.

I am getting lot of spam emails which I don’t sign for how can I stop it’s coming?

Hi….Everything that makes email so convenient—free messages, delivered in seconds also makes it susceptible to spam. With only a list of addresses, professional spammers can merrily bombard their victims with as many messages as they like and they have a host of automated tools to help them expand their volume and slip past filters. It's time to fight back against the deluge. Here are five strategies for banishing spam and decluttering your inbox for good.Train your spam filter:- When you find spam in your inbox, don’t just delete it. Select it, and tell your mail client that this particular message is spam. How you do this depends on your client. For instance, if you’re using Gmail’s website, click the Report spam button in the toolbar (the icon looks like an exclamation point inside a stop sign).Remember to unsubscribe:- Many items that we think of as "spam"—such as newsletters and emails about deals—do aim to make your life better. However, these well-intentioned messages add up, cluttering up your inbox until they become stressful. Rather than deleting them en masse, look for unsubscribe links to stop receiving emails from that source.Employ alternative email addresses:- One workaround for this problem: Create a secondary email address you can use for some of these web activities, such as online shopping or hotel booking.Download third-party extensions:- If a lot of spam slips through your email client's spam filter, try adding a third-party app to supplement it. This type of service nabs messages as they travel between an email server (the cloud where messages are stored) and an email client (the display where you actually see your messages).Protect your email address:- We've already spoken about setting up a second email address to take the brunt of the spam you receive. In addition, you should aim to keep your primary address as secret as you can. That means hiding it from public pages, such as your personal website or your Twitter profile, where bots and scammers can collect it.I hope this answer helps you. Be honest, if your boyfriend/girlfriend just broke up with you, with no explanation, how many times would you call them in order to get closure?

I have done this route. The first 5 times my ex broke up with me this is exactly what I did. Sometimes he ignored me sometimes he explained for hours on the phone how horrible, skinny, dumb, crazy, jealous, clingy, intrusive, boring etc I was. Sometimes he would say, I want you to beg me to take you back. Pretend your life depends on your answer and tell me , right now. If I'm satisfied I'll take you back. Each time got worse than the last.I'd say I called and texted 100 times each break up.Of course the so called break ups were to sleep with, or just to emotionally cheat and sext other woman. They didn't last longer than a week or two. This way he would say to others, “I'm such a great guy I break up with her long enough to see other woman, and then take her back. It's not cheating if I break up. Then after I had my fun I can have her again with a clear conscience.Yeah, your a real good guy for repeatedly breaking up with your gf to have sex with stranger's, and then lying about it for 3 years. And of course the entire break up week or 2 like I said, I called him all the time. And towards the end of this relationship he had 2 more break ups but I didn't call him. I didn't want to. I actually blocked him. And at first he just let me go. But being a person with NPD, he COULDN'T let me go if I was the one leaving. It always had to be him. So he was the one calling and texting me then. And I was reeled in like a sea bass. Yep, hook line and sinker…well there is no sinker in deep sea fishing. Your just pulled along through choppy waters for miles never being released.I had enough. I wish the very first break up I had stayed away. I wish I hadn't called 100 times. I wish….I wish……………I could wish all day. Or I could stop looking back. And do the next relationship right. And I will one day when I'm ready. We all have called our ex like this at some point because when someone leaves you, hurts you, and has promised to love you forever but then suddenly decides forever s too long we get no closure. We blame ourselves and the worst people will let us rather than take responsibility. My advice is don't call at all if your partner dumps you for no reason. It only makes you hurt more that they can ignore you. After dropping you like garbage at a dump. If they want you back THEY will call YOU. And then you have to decide whether to answer.

How should I get motivated to hit the gym every day?

What is your motivation for going to the gym ?-SanityWorkout isn't only meant for growing the muscles, it's needed to keep myself functioning.Every habit of the life is knitted around it, sleep, eat, lift repeat. It forces me to make amend to my wondering thoughts, keep myself sane when my mind wants to blow itself off.I will be lying if I say that my problems are bigger than others, but those 75 minutes in the gym are the most enjoyable time of my day.I have mentioned it somewhere else as well, morning are tough for me. It's the constructive utilization of my morning.I have a habit of throwing good things away when I get them. Not in the case of working out, it stuck with me. I didn't throw it away. I lift weights and vice-versa.A sense of belief comes from within. You can do it becomes your life mantra. It's not a big deal to build muscles and get ripped. It's a big deal to stick with it for rest of your life. It's rewarding, the sweat, the hunger, soreness that comes along with it. If a week goes by and I can't lift weights, world seems like crashing down on me. I can't wait to lift some weights and get myself on the track again.Isn't life become mundane when get ourself in the vicious cycle. Study, get a job, get married, have some children and live a life. I don't have much driving force apart from workout. Sure, I try my best in my job but it's not that I want my world to be built around it. I need some driving force to keep myself on the track. Working out drives my sorry ass through out the day.-Praval
