I have the bookmarks bar but none of my favorites are in there. the other day I added my banking on line account to my bookmarks tab. The tab is there but when I click or double click on it, it won't open. So I tried right clicking and clicked on open on another tab, nothing, then I tried right click and open in another window, still nothing. I would like to get the favorites tool back on here like I had before. I don't like this bookmark tool, it seems to be cumbersome to use. Please contact me as soon as possible. I would really prefer that you contact me by phone so that I can talk to somebody in case I have a problem. I upgraded toexplorer7 the favorites list is missing ?
Your favorites list is on the left hand upper side of screen when you open explorer it is the yellow star. Click on it and you should see your favorites listed there even the ones you already had on your system when you used explorer 6. If you don't then you may not be able to recover your old list. You can of course go to START then Programs and then Accessories under System Tools you will find System Restore. Use System Restore by restoring to an earlier date (before you installed explorer 7) and do the restore just follow the instructions on screen it is totally easy. Your system will reboot automatically during the restore and when you come back up into windows you will have the older explorer again and your favorites list. This time save your favorites list by dragging and dropping your favorite links into a safe folder on your hard drive. Now download and install explorer 7 again and your good to go. Once done take your favorites list links and drag them right back into explorer 7 favorites. I hope this is workable for you.

I assume you're talking about Favorites on Internet Explorer 7. It's called Favorites on Internet Explorer and Bookmarks on Yahoo! Toolbar. If you're talking about Favorites on Internet Explorer 7, click the gold star on the left of the toolbar, or press Alt + c on your keyboard to get your Favorites, click the gold star with the green plus sign to add to favorites, and if you want the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to show, right click a gray blank space on the toolbar, and on the pop-up menu click Menu Bar. If you only need the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to appear temporarily just press the Alt key on your keyboard. This way your toolbar doesn't take up as much of your screen. If you want it to stay permanently, right click on a gray blank space on the toolbar and click Menu Bar. What is your least favorite thing in the world?
There are a heck of a lot of thing that I hate in this world. Thanks for creating this question for people who like to complain! I can’t just choose one thing but here are a few.The parents of little bratty kids.They never seem to realize what horrid little daemons their children are. And if someone else tries to stop their little angle from throat punching another kid, watch out because they know deep in their hearts that their child is the essence of perfect and if you try to tell them different you must be some sort of terrorist.People who think all plants an animals were put here by god for humans to use.They treat every other living thing like a piece of furniture. Those chickens in that factory farm are living horrible lives in tiny cadges? No matter, they are like little feathery machines that we can use until that die. I can’t stand it.Lying in bed and reliving something terrible over and over that you can’t get out of your head.Stupid brain! Leave me alone!Those are a few. :)
Internet Explorer Favorites are missing, how do I get them back?
Up in the left hand corner of my browser there's a little yellow star next to the word Favorites. I have the toolbar thing and the button, but when I click to open it the list is completely gone. Even the default links are missing. What the heck happened? My computer recently had a virus removed from it. It wasn't wiped though, there was no system restore, and I still have all my documents. Since I still have everything else I don't understand why my favorites are gone. Is there a way I can unhide them or something? I had to unhide the recycle bin earlier. Is there any way my information is retrievable?
Problem with switching from IE to Firefox. My Favorites list is missing.?
By default when you Bookmark a page in Firefox it will be added to the bottom of the list. However you can manually move this if you want. Here's how to do that. 1. Click Bookmarks 2. In the menu category click Bookmarks Menu 3. Go to the bottom of the list and drag the bottom one where you want it to be. You can set firefox to display bookmarks in chronological order, but since you originally went to the links in IE I think firefox will have the "date added" date as the same for all the links. But you can give it a try. 1. Click Bookmarks 2. Click Organise Bookmarks 3. Right click next to Name 4. Click Added (if it isn't already ticked) 5. Then click the added column and it should automatically set your firefox to display your results by date added. Hope this helps.
