My Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Has Been Rebooting For The Last 2 Days What Can I Do To Fix It When It Doesnt

I've dropped my tablet into the water. It keeps restarting. What is the chance of saving it?

I can tell you a little story:A friend of mine accidentally dropped his smartphone in a pool, it was completely submerged, after very quickly picking it up....the most immediate advise we got from both the web and those so called "experts" was:a) DO NOT turn on the device (which I think you have done already, sadly). If you turn it on, electricity starts to flow possibly short-circuiting stuff and damaging the device. This is because most water can conduct electricity to certain level, because it has salts and other stuff diluted (unless it is distilled water).b) If possible take out the battery, to, again,  protect it from turning on.  Dry everything  with a towel as best as you can.c) Drop the device and battery into a bowl (or a bowl for each) or recipient full or RICE, yes, RICE grains...so, the device kind of stays in the middle completely surrounded by RICE...like floating in RICE ..I think you get the idea.d) Leave it there for a couple of days in a dry environment and getting as much sunlight (for the heat) as possible.Explanation: RICE will absorb humidity, sun heat will help with water evaporation and whatever humidity is left there will be absorbed by the RICE grains. After a few days, take it out of the rice bowl, put in the battery and turn it on.There is a high possibility that, if it was not damaged initially with the immersion in water, and now, full dry. It will work fine.Sadly, if something was damaged by a short-circuit when turning it on initially, after it became wet or  while it was wet (at least some parts...), then your device is damaged for good.In my friend's case, his phone turned on perfectly after a few days of drying in RICE grains and worked perfectly.   But, that was just his case.If you decide on trying this, AT YOUR OWN RISK,  let us know how it works.Good luck.

Root checker app shows "root access is not properly installed in this device" What should I do to fix it ?

I think you've flashed a ROM or have tried a method to gain root access. This brings to a counter question. Have you done the above or just trying the Root Checker app?If you've done some modding process but still getting the message of 'root access not properly installed', then I would like to bring to your notice that from the days of Lollipop, there's a switch in the ROMs to activate root accessSettings > Developer Options > Root Access > Check Apps and ADBHere's step by step screenshots -P.S.If you can't see 'Developer Options' on your device then an extra step before the above stepsGo to Settings > About Phone > Tap on 'Build Number' 8 times rapidlyNow go back & the developer options settings will now appear in Settings. Also a person has pointed out in my comments. We also need to have a root access handler such as SuperSU or SuperUser flashed after the ROM.Hope this helps! Happy Modding! :)

Why won't my Nook tablet turn on?

If the screen is off and won't turn on, make sure the battery has a charge. Plug in your device for 30 minutes before trying anything else. If it is on or if the battery has a charge you may need to "hard reset" the Nook. Although this is very uncommon, it may happen. Below are a few solutions that may help.Hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds. The Nook should power off and you can turn it back on again. Everything should work normally. If that does not work you will need to hold down the power button and the "N" button for 10 or more seconds. Again, this should force your device to power off and you can start it up normally.Take out the N2A Card and try the same steps again. Your Nook should boot up into Nook mode. You'll have to restart it again with the N2A Card in to boot up in Android mode. One of the tasks above will usually correct this issue unless you have a hardware problem with the Nook. Our cards cannot cause hardware problems unless they are forcefully inserted wrong. If you determine you do have a hardware problem you will need to take the Nook back to the retailer if it is still under warranty. The Nook usually comes with a one-year (non-accidental) warranty through Barnes & Noble. Some retailers, like Best Buy, exchange them in the store under warranty.Don't forget to hold onto your N2A Card until they return your Nook!If you still have any kind of issue the you can take nook support from experts by calling nook customer service number.

How do I unlock a BYJU tablet and use it as a normal tablet?

There is an easier way to unlock the tab from surelock. Simply ask google (by long pressing the home button) to open settings. After this navigate to Apps and open it. Search for lenovo launcher in this menu. Click on this and then you will see an option named Home app. Click on this. A new menu will open up. Under the default apps. Click on home app and set lenovo launcher as default instead of surelock. This way you would not lose any of the data on the tab. Mine had entire ms office pre installed along with the byju's premium as well as Netflix.
