My Lips Are Super Dry And Nothing Seems To Help

My upper lip/ mustache area is super dry?

i dont know why but it's been like this for about a year already and nothing helps. i put on Vaseline almost every night, i tried literally every single chapstick but nothing helps! i even went to the doctors and he gave me this cream but it STILL didnt help... any idea of what it might be? it's very irritating and i dont know what to do about it. i cant go a moment without chapstick on or else it'll start to peel and annoy me. :( and im scared to know what it is. PLEASE HELP OR AT LEAST LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAD EVER HAPPENED TO YOU AS WELL!

Lip piercing and dry lips?

Had my lip pierced for 3 weeks, its not infected or anything, its fine.

my lips have been getting REALLY dry since, and getting patches of skin that need peeling off, I'm literally peeling the skin off my lips 3+ times a day, I've used moisturiser, lip balm, and I drink enough fluids.

My lip piercings weeps like once a day, and the liquid that comes out it quiet alot (no its NOT infected before you say that, and I WON'T take it out because theres nothing wrong with it.)

I'm just wondering if theres anything I can do to keep them moist and not ugly looking?
Thanks x

Weather change equals horrible chapped lips help please!?

For some reason my lips get super chapped when the weather changes drastically. We just had an intense heat wave to it now being overcast and sprinkling. My lips have become soooooo dry.
I've tried a bunch of different chapsticks but nothing seems to get the job done
I have kinda big lips so they need some extra help ;)
Any suggestions?

Tongue piercing feels dry. why?

i got my tongue pierced monday night and i was producing a lot of saliva. it swelled but not too painful. i have been following the after care i recieved faithfully. to avoid excess rinsing, i drink water, nothing else. i eat right before i brush and do sea salt and biotine in the morning and at night. i cut down on smoking and i bought these tarblocks to help cutting down the tar when i smoke.

i noticed last night my tongue has been feeling dry and i drink water to help relieve it and i do keep my mouth closed but once in a while i leave it open to relax my tongue.

is this normal or should i visit my piercer?
