.my Question Is Do I Have To Do Exercise Right After I Take The Pills

Is it a good idea to take water pills WHILE working out to lose weight? Your opinions, please?

I have been trying for about 2 months now to lose weight. I am 5'1 and am up to 160 LBS already! I'm considered OBESE for my height! I want to lose weight, ONLY about 20-30 pounds, IF that because I am just getting bad with my weight and I've gotten TONS of stretch marks over the course of the last 6 months. I know I will be stuck with the stretch marks, and that they don't go away, but I don't want any more coming on due to my weight gain.

I've been on the Depo for about 6 years now. I gained a lot of weight when I got on it. This last couple of months though, it seems the weight gain is just excessive now. I've dropped down from 6 sodas a day to 2, and I've started drinking more water. I've tried cutting my portions down when I eat and just eat small portions of food through the course of the day instead of HUGE meals. I am working out every night with push-ups, crunches, stretching, and squats and I am NOT losing ANY weight!

So, a friend of mine thought maybe I'm just retaining water and recommended water pills. She said I should just take one a week with my workout instead of the directed one a day...

So, would it be a good idea to try water pills with working out also? Or no? And if not, what should I do to lose weight? I'm at a loss now! Thanks!!!

Taking water pills to get rid of pregnancy weight?

I just had a C-Section a week ago & im really anxious to get rid of this belly, I cannot really exercise yet (I am told 6 weeks to heal), the only thing I can really do is walk.

I know there was a lot of fluid in me with the baby, so do you think taking water pills to get rid of all the excess water in my body will help me lose some of this weight & be on the right start to getting my body back?

experiences? thoughts? advice?

Should you take diet pills while you have your period? Will it be bad to take it when u have your period?

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Wondering about the diet pill Adipex? :)?

I have taken them and loved the energy boost, but if you do not take them daily you will have a hangover feeling on the days you dont take one. You will loose weight because your appetite is gone. If you start feeling run down, you have to eat something or you will just feel crappy. Good luck

Can i drink energy drinks while taking diet pills?

hydroxycut cuts the water level in your system. Energy drinks provide energy through an intense amount of 3 types of caffeine, which also dehydrates you.
What is the point of taking hydroxycut if you are going to pump yourself full of all of the empty carbs from energy drinks anyways?
The bottom line here is you are going to dehydrate yourself and cause yourself to have very unhealthy crashes every day when you come down off of your energy drinks. I strongly suggest you relook at your "diet" and find out what is more important to you.
You can't have your cake and eat it too when it comes to health.
