I would suggest that you get the Samsung S4 because a lot of the features are MUCH better. Both the Mega's have a bigger screen size but the resolution isn't that great. The Samsung S4 has a display resolution of 1080 x 1920 which is much greater than both mega's. If it were up to me I would go for Samsung Galaxy S4.
