If my sim goes to University what happens to my other sims?
When you send your sim to university they will appear in the Student Bin. This is like the normal Family Bin but for students going to university. They will stay in there until you move them into a building in the university. Meanwhile, you can carry on playing the rest of the family without the young adult and life for them will progress as usual. When you have moved the young adult into a lot in the university you can play their life without worrying about the rest of the family - they will stay frozen until you go back and play them, and so will the young adult until you go back and play her. Think of it as playing multiple families at once - while you play one family, all the other families stay frozen until you go back to them, then the previous family will stay frozen until you go back to them, and so on. It is exactly the same with students and their families. You play each one separately. Hope this helps, happy simming!! :D
My sim stopped aging in Sims 3 University?
Is your Sim at university right now? Sims can't age while they're at university, but their aging should return to normal when they get back home. If aging somehow turned off in the homeworld, you might try moving your Sim out via Edit Town and then back into the house. That method fixes a lot of weird glitches.
How do I save my sim from dying? (sims 3)?
There are a few ways you can make your sims "immune" to some deaths... 1. Turn on Testing Cheats (google it, as I have forgotten the exact code) and you will be able to use your cursor to drag your Needs up or down. Because most deaths are caused by lowering a need/needs, you can often save them from death by pausing and sliding the bars up while they are still degrading. 2. Turn off Aging in the Options menu. Sims sometimes die from old age. There might be more, but I haven't played TS3 in a while, and as such my memory is foggy.
Why won't my sims 3 go to university?
I have a family in riverview. the son got a partial scholarship so he is going to university. Every time i enroll him into university, the truck comes and everything until he reaches the edge of the town and then a little notification pops up saying that due to unexpected circumstances the travel plans have been cancelled and i get a full refund. this has never happened to me. i've tried like 3 times and it is still not working. is this a bug or is it part of the game. please help?
Sims Not Aging on Sims 2?
My Sims on The Sims 2 Freetime are not getting older. Why is this? They are not drinking any de-aging potion like "The Elexir of Life". I have 5 expansion Sims 2 packs loaded on my PC. (Including The Sims 2 Holiday Edition, The Sims 2 Pets, The Sims 2 H&M Fashion Stuff, The Sims 2 Freetime, and The Sims 2 University. Would downlaoding all these on my PC have any effect on the aging of my Sims? Please let me know ASAP. P.S- Also if you have any ideas about this problem also please tell me. I had my two dogs on The Sims 2 Pets "Try For A Puppies" and after about 3 weeks they still haven't given birth. Could this have something to do with the aging problem? I know that the birthing of Puppies/ Kittens on The Sims should only take about 2 weeks. (My sisters dog only took this long to give birth.) Thanks alot everyone, sorry this was such a long question!
Do your relationships stick if you take a break from university (Sims 3 University)?
FINALLY another Sims player on here!! So nice to meet you!! lol!! I've played the Sims since the beginning. I don't have the University expansion pack. (Not yet.) However, whenever I take long periods (like now---who knows what changes have been made) I find more babies when I return. If I don't click "stop aging", my Sims die. This is one part of the Sims games I think needs to be changed. I like complete control of my families.It takes far too long for child services to come and pick up the unwanted Sim children and if they're dead, I'm pissed. Pissed.Based on my experience with Sims 2 University, the relationships didn't change. Therefore, I don't believe yours will. Although Sims 3 games are more advanced, the relationship aspect pretty much remains the same. Just get their friendship up to a really high level. There are cheat codes that will keep them as friends but...I'd NEVER cheat. ; )
Is there any way to turn aging off on The Sims 3 Wii?
I can't seem to find a way to turn off aging anywhere. I'm really dissapointed because within 2 days, your sim is dead. Not even enough time to fulfill their lifetime wish. So is there anyway to turn aging off on the sims 3 wii?
