Need Advice From People Who Is In The Police Force

Cps-police took my baby...need advice!!!!!!!!!!?

28 hours ago 4 police officers came barging thru my door because someone called the child abuse hotline. I DO NOT ABUSE MY CHILD! Nor does any form of abuse exist in our life. They didn't ask permission to come in.they didnt show their badge.they humiliated us by making me show them my sons rear end and front..they said they were checking for diaper rash..and of course their was no rash.i am a good mother.i am the best mother i know. my son has never been out of my sight for more than an hour since the day he was born.and the only time i've been away from him is to go to the grocery store once a month. I am still breastfeeding him. He is 18 months old and has never been sick a day in his life. he's never taken medicine. he only eats natural foods without preservatives and artificial flavors. and he is as healthy and loved as he can possibly be.
They have placed my child in foster care because our house was messy. we have a puppy. there was a stain on the floor. whatkindofjusticeisthis

Impersonating a police officer, I have been charged- need advice.?

Every private citizen is allowed to wear a "Police" shirt, that's not against the law!

I see people wearing _PD shirts all the time, what the hell, my g/f bought me one in NYC that said NYCPD.

As for the car, I'm not to sure about, the only thing you can do is take a picture of it and bring it to court with you. I dint see a problem with you putting a light on top of your car when parked at your house, that's not impersonating. Impersonating is announcing or making people believe that you are a police officer through your actions (not wearing clothes), but rather stating that you are one.

I dont think there will be any legit charges brought against you when you state your case. (i hope you have a clean record up to this date though)

Are police allowed to give legal advice?

A few days after I received a citation for speeding last month, the citing officer's corporal came by where I work and offered legal advice (such as ways to get out of the ticket, and what to say to the district attorney). I always thought this was against the law, but I can't find any specific details on the internet about it. I already reported both officers to their superiors for their misconduct, but it looks like they're not going to do anything about it. Do I have any legal precedent to have the case against me dismissed on the grounds that a sworn officer of the law attempted to give me legal advice?

I need advice Army or Air Force? i'm indecisive ?

if you like more hand on hand combat..go Army..but if you like more technical jobs..go Air Force..by the way..hardly anyone in the Air Force will fly planes..just so you know..the only thing the Air Force has thats even close to the Army is Security Forces..which is'nt as exciting as it sounds. from my perspective.. and Military Police officers, which stand and solute people at the gates..
But the Army has more hand on hand fighting (Rangers, Green Berets) etc.
idk. you'll have to decide on your own though...go to www.airforce.com
or www.goarmy.com..and look under the careers tab..see what you like

Sex related questions on a police polygraph, I need advice.?

I'm applying to the police force and I noticed a section on child pornography. I have seen hentai and manga where the people are below 18 and I'm worried I'll get disqualified. I haven't seen actual child porn other than what some idiots randomly post on a message board and get banned quickly for. Can I get in trouble for this?
