My yahoo mail won't let me compose an email or reply to any...anyone have an idea why?
Click Options in the upper right of your Mail page and select Mail Options. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on General Preferences. Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose Compose messages as plain text. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button. Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward? If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Contact Us' Hope this helps!!!

Search for Yahoo cookies and delete all your Yahoo cookies. You can then sign into your account(s). That said, you may not have full functionality. Yahoo is continuing to have mail issues.
Yahoo Mail won't let me reply to emails!?
Okay so I recently set up a new Yahoo! email address specifically for selling stuff online through Kijiji (I used to use my Hotmail account for it, but I like the layout/set-up of Yahoo more so I got a new Kijiji account through my new Yahoo account). For the first couple days I could successfully reply to emails, but now I can't. Whenever I hit ''Reply'' I can compose my message, but then when I hit send a little pop-up box from my Windows Internet Explorer comes up saying "Windows Internet Explorer is searching for a problem..." and within 5-10 seconds the box closes and my tab/page closes, then re-opens, with a new pop-up saying "Due to an unexpected error Windows had to close and re-open the tab", and my email has not been sent. So at first I thought something was wrong with my Windows, NOT Yahoo, but I can till successfully reply from my other personal Yahoo account fine - it's just this new one that isn't working! And I went on Yahoo's Help Page (not very helpful, unfortunately) and did some fine-tuning if things it recommended, like changing script and stuff, but nothing has worked. So instead of replying I've been creating a new email to respond to potential buyers of stuff I'm selling, and it says successfully sent, but I'm worried they're not getting them because they haven't replied (and some of them have it go straight to their phone - so they should have replied by now). Any suggestions/advice?! Thanks :)

I can't compose mail in the new Yahoo Mail?
I am having the same issues! None of the browsers on my Mac (Chrome, FF, Safari, Opera) works. I can see, read, delete emails but cannot Reply, Forward or Compose. Tried it on my Windows 7 on the same connection and it works on IE (so my network settings should be okay), but again doesn't work on Chrome or FF. Tried all troubleshooting methods suggested by Yahoo (reboot, restart, disable add-ons, clear browser data and everything else) to no avail. I have temporarily fixed this by reverting back to Yahoo Mail Classic. It may not allow you to go back to Classic Mail but if you change your display setting to a lower resolution that what is needed to run the new Yahoo it will give you the option to go back. But that doesn't solve the problem that Yahoo hasn't been able to deliver a stable Mail after so much of beta testing and the worst is that they are forcing people to opt for this crappy 'New Mail'. The response that I got from their help desk was useless as well, just reiterating what is already written in their help section. I've been using Yahoo as my primary email for a long time now but I've started changing that to Gmail. Hope Yahoo does something soon before more damage is doen to its already falling reputation.
