Do you mean the home screen or the lock screen? Or do you want to change both? Open up a web browser and search for a desirable image. Long press on the chosen image and select, "Set As". It should give you the option to change the home screen, the lock screen, or both. Select, "Set Wallpaper" at the top of the screen when prompted. This process was done using Firefox. I haven't tried it on Chrome yet.
