(Pokemon Y) How to Properly EV Train a Mild Natured Goodra?
EV training is very simple actually. To finish ev training in special defense, simply gain 252 ev's in special defense on your Goodra. Since it has the Sap Sipper ability, and as grass type moves are generally special attacks, I would strongly suggest you to gear yourselves towards those as ev fodder. 252 Ev's sounds like a lot, but in reality, by feeding your pokemon a maximum of 10 Zincs, each giving 10 ev points in special defense. As such, without doing anything you can get 100 special defense EV's right into your training program. For the remaining 152, you have to grind through as many pokemon that give SD EV's as possible. To speed things up, attach a power band for +4 SD ev's from each pokemon, or a macho brace to double ev's gained. I also suggest infecting your pokemon with pokerus, as pokerus also doubles the ev's gained.
