Should I get a triple forward helix piercing at 13?
I know the risk, and I know the pain. How difficult will it be to find a professional piercer do it for me, considering my age? Am I just too young in general for this piercing? Last question, how much might it cost to get done by a professional?
Double helix (cartilage) piercing questions?
I want a double helix piercing soooo badly XD I want hoops in my double helix. But I do have some questions 1.) should I get it done with a needle or gun? 2.) when can you take out the original piercing to put in a new earring? 3.) I play basketball and I heard cartilage piercings take a year to heal and that you always have to wear an earring in that year. So would I do for basketball? Especially if I have these hoops? Or can I use the small ball earrings? 4.) could they do the double helix at one time? Like they can do the first helix then the second one? 5.) any other tips? 6.) how much does it usually cost 7.) should you only get it on one ear or both? Thanks! Answer as many as you can
Swollen red warm helix piercing?
My helix has been pierced for around 3 1/2 weeks (with a gun at claire's/ i should have done more research) and I've been cleaning it 3 times a day with the benzalkonium chloride/ water mixture given to me from claires and it started to swell about 2 days ago, it isn't horrible swelling, you can still makeout the ear definitions, it is red, pulsates pain every few hours or so, and it is quite warm. It hasnt been getting better ir worse. I tried to loosen the piercing to relieve some pressure but its too swollen around the site of it.
What are the risks with getting a Triple Tragus piercing?
It will hurt more and it'll take longer to heal than a single tragus. Tragus piercings are also very susceptible to infections, so getting three of them done at the same time will be harder to care for, and if one gets infected the others will follow. Furthermore, any multiple piercings increase the chances for one of them to migrate and/or be rejected by the body. But as long as you care for them properly, you should have no problems.
What are the risks of having double helix piercings?
It’s the same as most other piercings as it can get infected the only different is that if one gets infected then it can (if you’re not careful cleaning the one that is infected) spread to the other one.Other than that it’s the same amount of risk. :3
Numbing helix piercing?
I am planning on getting my helix done tomorrow have a low tolerance for pain(ironic) I have three lobe piercings. I have heard good and bad things about numbing cream. I want to use numbing cream for my fourth lobe then my cartilage. One of my friends' friends got her cartilage done and said it hurt less than her third. My third lobe hurt a lot. IF YOU'RE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THEN WHAT ELSE CAN I NUMB MY PIERCING WITH? I will probably go to a piercing shop to get it done with a needle. 1) Have you ever numbed a piercing? If so, what did you do it with? Did it work? 2) Don't tell me "it doesn't hurt don't bother" That wasn't my question. 3) What was your experience?
