i have to agree with *13 times king of kings* and brandon*... [but in my opinion] u are asking who the better wrestler is right? well now being a wrestler is not about just their in ring wrestling or technical abilities..its a whole bunch of things...if we were to eliminate the technical wrestling abilities...CENA would take it out hands down!!! he has charisma,mic skills, ability to change and adapt to different personalities, got the fans to prove it, got the movies to prove it,got the MOTY to prove it and got the top rated PPV matches to prove it!!! randy orton is amazing in the ring!! he is innovative, has atheletisicm, is a great heel, is still liked by people even while being a heel and has great moves!! what i dont like about him is him acting like a punk ever since his debut..he was that way when his father was by his side and now he is that way with diBiase and Rhodes..sorry to say but he comes off as a pathetic whimp who is full of talk and then hides behind his partners!!!is that what u would call a great wrestler?? I KNOW ITS HIS GIMMIK TO BE THAT WAY BUT THE GIMMIK IS ALL WE KNOW ABOUT THE WRESTLER..WE DONT KNOW THEM PERSONALLY..WE HAVNT WATCHED EITHER HIM OR CENA FIGHT A REAL FIGHT SO WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO JUDGE BASED ON WHAT THEIR GIMMIK SHOWS US..PLIZ DONT GET ME WRONG!! being classified a good wrestler means alot more then wrestling abilities..that makes randy orton average and cena just beats him by an inch i would say.. Well im tired of Paul Heyman the manager in a pg WWE. I love the guy but im sorry Dave WWE finds a way to destroy everything that I love. Lesnar is never around... so what is the point of having him? And how is it fair to someone like Daniel Bryan who shows up every week and probably makes less money than Brock a guy who shows up once every 3 months? The only thing bad *** about him is how he hustles Vince Mcmahon so WWE can get more ratings.

Ok. First of all. THAT IS NEVER HAPPENING.Randy Orton is pretty much a prototype of a guy that would never leave WWE and that AEW wouldn’t wanna sign anyway.As to your question. I am not a lawyer butWrestling moves are free to use for anyone anywhere.Some Wrestlers has specific names attached to their gimmick and WWE owns and controls that gimmick.That said. It would be hard for them to control Randy Orton since Randy Orton is his actual name and not part of a gimmick.And WWE doesn’t own the rights to standard wrestling moves.Jack The Snake Roberts named and made the DDT famous but DDTs are used everywhere(and referred to as DDTs).
Does Jinder Mahal deserve to be the WWE champion?
I don't know if he deserves to be WWE champion or not but one thing which he does not deserve is disrespecting the feelings of Indian people by doing things which insult us.There was no need for him to bring a lady to sing the National Anthem of our country,India on our independence day which led to American crowd booing it. It made me very angry to see our National Anthem being booed by Americans on our Independence day. Jinder Mahal who pretends to be a true Indian does not even know the National Anthem of India. He is just trying to be popular in front of Indian people and wwe is doing this to increase their growth in India.I mean if you want to increase your popularity in India rise someone who actually is an Indian and after what you did to Great Khali not many can aspect good things from you. Jinder Mahal was the same guy who was loosing to almost everyone till few months back and then he suddenly beats the likes of Randy Orton and A.J.Styles. Healed as in heel turn, or healed as in hurt. For the second one you have to understand that he has been performing for over a decade and has gone through some really tough stuff. Matches with Taker, Cena, and even the multiple rumbles he’s been through.Now as for the first one. Randy has always been a heel. It’s his character. He is the “Bad side” to Cena. Their core opposites.
