My PS3 controller wont stop blinking?
Press the reset button in the back of the controller (you'll need a pin or bent paperclip), and then hook the DS3 up to the PS3 with the USB cable. Press the PS button and it should re-sync. If that doesn't work, make sure the controller is fully charged. It could be low on battery.
PS3 controller blinks fast?
I got a new PS3 Controller from Game stop about a week ago, and It suddenly doesn't want to sync with my PS3. I press the Middle Button and it blinks with the usual intervals, I press it again and it starts to blink faster. I plug this up to the PS3 and it only does the same. I used the small reset button on the back of the controller. And it just does the same thing. Please Help. PS. My controller doesn't look like a regualr controller, The Middle Button ( Where the PS logo is at) is replaced with a button that says P3. What do I do? I bought a new PS4 controller and it wont turn on when I press the PS button and the light doesnt turn on.
Connect the controller with the USB cable to the console. Not detach it until is fully charged. That thing works on a rechargable battery.

sounds like it just needed charging and should work straight away while plugged in. If the ps3 doesn't respond when you press the ps button now then turn the ps3 on and then press the ps button. This will sync the controller again. If that doesn't work then reset the controller by sticking a pin into the tiny hole on the back. You'll need to sync it again after doing that.

Hi, I had the same problem. Go to the back of the controller theres a little hole right of the screw on top middle of controller that's the reset button put a pin in there and push down in it then try to plug it in the ps3 and turn it on see if that works. hope this has helped :D

It sounds like it's lost it's Bluetooth pairing with your console.It's easy to fix.Just plug the controller into the PS3 using a usb cable and hit the PS Button. It should stop blinking and assign itself to a port.You can unplug it after that.

I've been playing games on my mac and using a ps3 controller...however, as soon as I connect it via bluetooth, the 4 lights start flashing and won't stop flashing until I disconnect the bluetooth on my mac. Glowing or blinking? PS3’s Dualshock 3 only have these light indicators that can blink while charging or when its low on battery.Unless you mean PS4’s Dualshock 4 which has a light bar that can glow. If this is glowing in orange, it means its being charged.
