Question About Black People

Question about black people?

Question about black people?
So this is a bit stereotypical but I noticed that black people almost always have new shoes. I've noticed it before but I was with my wife at the mall this weekend and really bored so I had some time to people watch. Black people, particularly males (young and old) almost always have really nice clean shoes. I looked at whites, asians, natives too; their shoes usually look worn and slightly dirty. Do they buy new ones a lot? If not, how do they keep them so clean? Is their a cultural reason why they feel the need to have nice, clean shoes? If you can shed some light on this I would appreciate it.

Question for mostly black people?

Hi, I wanted to ask this question to strangers rather than to my friends and family so I could get an honest response. It's about my ethnicity. I am what some people like to call an "octoroon", my mother was a "quadroon". For those who don't know what this means quadroon means 1/4 black (my mother) and octoroon is 1/8 black and the rest white (me). My mom's dad was half black, half white and his father immigrated from Namibia.
I know how white people look at me, they see me as "kind of a white girl but racially ambiguous" they can tell something is a little different. I am so proud of my African heritage. And I like to claim it whenever I can but I want to know how I would be viewed in your mind as a black person. Also I don't mean any disrespect at all.
I'll attach a link to a photo of me (with Jennifer Lopez's ex husband lol!) so you can see how being only 1/8th is completely different from being half and half. Just so you'll know where I'm coming from.

Honest question for black people?

I'd like to start this question off by saying that I am not trolling.
Okay, so there is a hip-hop trio known as Migos. It is a group of three black male rappers who make music together, and occasionally they work on other projects separately with other artists.
Their stage names are Quavo, Offset, and my favorite, Takeoff.
Today I was wearing a shirt that said their names, which you can see below.
One of my friends told me that it was racist for me, as a white person to wear a shirt with black people on it.
I would never want to offend anyone, but I honestly don't think this was racist.
So black people of Yahoo, do you think the shirt I wore today as a white person was racist?

A question for African American (black) people.?

This is in no way intended to be racist or mean. I just want to know how African American people feel about mayonaise.

My sister is married to a black guy and I said that I hated mayonaise. He said so do black people. Unless it's in coleslaw. Now I am obviously smart enough to know that not all black people hate it. I was just curious to see what yahoo answerers thought.

*~*~Yahoo answers stole my spell check!!~*~*

(this is a none racial question) when you look at black people do you see the poverty stricken?

I have been asked that question before because I grew up with a white majority. I don't btw. I see middle class. That's how I see all races in the United States. So whether your white, black, yellow, red brown purple green or any colored or non colored individual, cross my eyes your middle class unless you prove otherwise.
