Question From Someone Who Has No Idea How To Cook

Can someone help me on how to prepare a presentation to persuade someone to invest?

Do you have a model of this shoe?? Why is this shoe preferable to the odor eating socks that are currently available? Would the chemical in the shoes be dangerous to the persons health? How much more would it cost to make this shoe than it does an ordinary shoe? Will it be for men only type shoes? Can the odor absorber be removed and refilled? Are you prepared to answer all of these questions. Turn the tables around. You just inherited $50,000 and someone has approached you with this idea....what is it that concerns you regarding investing in this shoe venture. Who will manufacture it, where, where is the model of the shoe? Where will you sell it: stores, catalogue, internet, door to door? In the city, the state, the country, the world? How will they be transported. Where will they be stored while awaiting purchase. Will there be an advertising campaign. What is a sample of the advertising campaign....have you got one yet? Where will you advertise? Newspapers, flyers on cars in shopping centers, t.v., magazines, mail, email? So, just turn it around and then you can come up with plenty to know what to tell the class. Good luck, hope you get a good grade.

I need help with this chem question please?

You dissolve the solute in water (less than 1 L) and then you dilute with water to the 1 L mark in a volumetric flask. Graduated cylinders are not as accurate as volumetric flasks, but you could put the solution in a 2 L graduate cylinder and then dilute to the 1.23 L mark. It should be accurate to the 2 significant figures requested (0.50 M).

0.50 M solution contains 0.50 moles of solute per liter of solution.

Dissolve 0.50 Moles of NiCl2.6H2O in enough water to make 1 liter of solution. (0.50 g x 237.72 g/mole = 118.9 g NiCl2.6H2O)

mL x M = mL x M
mL x 16 = 1000 x 0.50
mL = 31.25
Add 31.25 mL of 16M HNO3 to enough water to make 1 L of solution.

Dissolve 0.500 moles of Na2CO3 in enough water to make 1 L of solution. (0.50 mole x 106 g/mole = 53.0 g Na2CO3)

Has anyone got any idea how i can cook a steak without setting off the fire alarm in my flat?

I've cooked a steak a couple of times but both times the fire alarm was set off. Has anyone got an alternative way of cooking it instead of in the frying pan on a high heat? As this is the only method i know and still have a tasty steak, thanks.

How do I prepare, clean and cook a turkey??

I smother my turkey with olive oil and put it breast-side down in a pre-heated 350 Degree oven. Make sure there's about 1" of water in the bottom of the pan. I baste every 25 minutes, (using a timer) alternating with the water in the pan first, then using water from the tea kettle (just makes it easier to pour). Cook it 25 minutes per pound, unstuffed (I always do my stuffing separately). For the last hour to hour-and-a-half I flip the turkey to breast-side up and just let it cook, no basting. Mmmmm!!
