Ramadan What Countries Have You Visited In Your Lifetime

Which countries have you visited so far?

I've only visited Mexico, England and Morocco. On my next visit to Morocco I plan to take my son and fly AirFrance and layover for a few days so he can experience the culture. He's been taking French in school and is just as infatuated with France as I am with Morocco. Each time my husband and I go back to Morocco to visit his family we plan to take a flight that will have a layover in a different country and stay there for a few days, so I'll be getting to visit a lot of the countries I previously only dreamed about visiting.

How many countries do people visit on average?

This can depend on where people live. As a professional in the cruise line industry, I have completed extensive research on this topic. People who live in Europe are much more likely to visit a higher number of countries over there lifetime as countries are close together and often easily accessible whereas it is more difficult from someone from the United States to cross the Atlantic. While more and more individuals from the U.S. especially young college aged students are beginning to backpack through Europe, many Europeans are doing the same at a higher rate.

Which country should I visit once in lifetime?

It depends from which country you are.If you are in Malaysia, then definitely the answer is not Malaysia. Here some countries for different nations people to visit:People from India: Visit Germany. See how an economy can work without corruption, streets are clean, traffic rules are obeyed and the can get a feel of a public social system (jobless allowance, public healthcare, etc.(People from Germany: Visit India. Learn how people can live a more relaxed life and not to worry about the smallest of issues. People in India do not care about 20 percent of the most important things, and neglect most of the other 80 percent. Whereas people in Germany try to somehow giving importance to almost 100 percent, even though this could mean health issues (high blood pressure, etc.)People from Pakistan: Go to India. India and Pakistan need to grow stronger bonds.

Update: As of October 8, I have been to another 5 countries, which I will include at the end of the list.I am a flight attendant, so I may have an advantage, but as of 22 September 2018 my number is 89 countries visited, 90 counting my birth country. (I do count certain territories and autonomous regions separately.) I set a goal of making it to 100 before my next birthday, which is slightly less than 2 months from today. How many US states have you visited?

I’ve been to all 50, plus Puerto Rico and USVI. I have seen large parts of each state through touring by automobile. There are a couple of states, though (notably Montana and Oklahoma) that I have not been to since my teen years. Most other states have been revisited much more recently. I would agree that driving is the best way to see more states. Though I would “count” a visit if one drives through on an interstate, its better to see states from the perspective of smaller roads. Southern Utah is an example….one can drive I-70 but the smaller route 12 has to be, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful roads in the world.

How many time you visited Makkah ??

Actually i've never been there in my life time yet.. although it is important to go ATLEAST once in a life time.. i wish to go as many times some day.. but apparently the day has not come yet.. insha'Allah i will still be alive an actually be able to go in this life time.

Is it looked upon if tourists eat during Ramadan in Dubai?

Like most GCC countries, the UAE operates a degree of practicality during Ramadan. The key definition is ‘public’; some offices/foodcourts may offer discrete areas - often separate rooms or by using partitions etc. - for non-Muslims to continue. It’s generally considered bad form and disrespectful to drink, eat or smoke in public or in the presence of those fasting during Ramadan, whether it be tourists, expats or otherwise. However, practical (and commercial) measures sometimes come into play. For instance, in Dubai this last Ramadan - 2016 - there were even a few places where one could drink alcohol during the day (deemed as between sunrise and sunset), which is almost unheard of. But I guess that’s what a declining economy and reduced profitability in tourism brings…

What do you do when a non-Muslim foreigner is in the country during Ramadan?

what I mean is  to clarify the situation when you want to eat food or drink water but your friends can't because of Ramadan, what do we do?Believe it or not, it is normal for children and siblings who cannot fast because they're on period or sick to eat in front of their family members or close friends. Not only that, even during non-Ramadhan month, we are used to fast because we skip Ramadhan puasa (for various reason like being sick or on period) but most people including Muslims wouldn't notice because most of the time we don't tell them unless they ask.So, don't worry about it. Just.. eat/drink. I wouldn't mind and I know a lot of people who are Muslims who wouldn't mind that either. But yeah, a little bit of consideration or kind gesture can make anyone happier. So I think you're on the right track :)

How would Ramadan work in places so far from the equator that day never ends (for example, Muslims in polar research stations)?

Most likely they would use the time of day from their port of departure and adjust accordingly, I would imagine. It seems the simplest solution. Here is an interesting video about facing Mecca in space that seems pertinent.
