Meps drug test results?
I havent smoked in a 26 days and I took my drug test 3 week ago at meps and I haven t received any notice of my results yet though. I was told I was supposed to be notified 3 days after going.. Am I good because I did swear in already??
How long dose it take to get back drug test results?
that seems excessive. they must have sent it out to some other state or something and there must have been a weekend involved somewhere. i've worked as a travel nurse and some places do it right on the spot. it's a very simple test that can be done within 10 min. some companies however send to outside labs for whatever reason and these take much longer because it involves couriers and your test may have not even gone out that day. either way you should have gotten an answer by now. try calling the employee health dept if you can reach them.
How long does it take to get back drug test results?
Well, I can pretty much guarantee the test has been completed. I work in a lab, and drug tests are usually done the day of the test or the day after if it was collected late, and it only takes a day. Then, if it's positive, it usually goes out to another lab for confirmation testing, but that usually only takes another day maybe two after the test has been mailed out. I don't know your exact situation obviously, but in most cases with a drug screen, if you haven't heard anything by now, then it was negative. Had it been positive for anything someone called an MRO, who is a doctor that reviews positive drug tests, would have called you and made you aware that you were positive for something and he would then ask if you had a doctor's prescription for the drug you tested positive for. So, it's not 100%, but I would think in this case no news is good news.

To all you haters out there, I told my First Sergeant about it and he said that all of you who think I'm going to get discharged are wrong. Enlisted soldiers can't get discharged without a court martial. He said I;ll lose 1 rank and thats it. Next time ill get court martialed. **** off to all you haters out there. In fact, the patient has to consent to exactly what and to exactly whom he wants to share the data. (This is called data segmentation for privacy…also known as DS4P). Google it.When you sign the consent to have your blood drawn, hair sample taken, or urine analyzed, you are effectively giving your consent to that clinic. But that clinic ABSOLUTELY CANNOT share that data with anyone else, including any other healthcare provider, without explicit permission. (And, of course, not even to law enforcement unless there is a warrant).There is one situation where this is not good. Many patients, without access to their medication assisted therapy, are at high risk for relapse and even death from withdrawal.And, of course, this is a non-issue as long as the patient can make it to their clinic. But what if they want to travel to another town to visit their Great Aunt. In that case they can setup to “Guest Dose” at another town but setup for that isn’t simple or easy.Even worse, what if all the local clinics are experiencing short term closure (such as what happened on 911 or Hurricane Sandy)? While Labcorp does allow you to sign in to get your medical test results, this may not be the case for your drug testing results. It may also depend upon the company ordering the tests. The reason for this is that the company that ordered the test(your employer or potential employer) is the owner of the test results. You medical test results are being paid by you or your insurance. There is a distinct difference here. If you ordered and paid for the test, then you should get the results according to the following schedule:negative: next daypositive: 1 to 5 days is typical (can be longer for extremely positive or difficult samples)The employer or their agent will receive the drug test result in this time frame. If it is positive, the employer’s agent will contact the donor to determine if there is a valid reason for a positive result. The human resources department receives the result based on the results and the agents ability to contact you and your pharmacy to confirm a valid prescription. This is why you usually know within a few days if you have a job and it can take more than a week if it is positive. If you dodge the employer agent’s phone calls, this takes longer and they will only try to contact you three times.
How long does it take for MEPS drug test results to come in?
I'm asking because I smoked on February 13th and I went to MEPS on March 7th. I'm not a heavy smokey, I've maybe smoked 5 times in my life. The last time I smoked before February 13th was the beginning of November. I'm 5'3, 114 pounds and have a fast metabolism. And all I ever drink is water. I took two dollar store drug tests and passed both before going to MEPS I'm just kind of nervous, when will I know if I passed or not? And I also didn't tell my recruiter I smoked. I know I made a mistake by smoking but can't do anything about it now. When would I know by? And do you think I passed? Thanks.
