How to go natural? Black hair?
I just took a sew in out my hair and put a ApHogee protein in my hair. The last time I had a perm was probably in March. My hair doesn't feel soft and it's hard to comb through . I was also taking pill for medical reasons and my hair in the back fell out. I really want to try going natural because I heard perms aren't good for you. Every time i tell my mom i don't want a perm she doesn't listen . How do I take care of my hair and go natural?
How do you cook (roast) a whole chicken?
I have had experience cooking all sorts of foods, i usually buy a whole rotissorie chicken already cooked from my grocery store and golly they make those things so good and so flavorful. I have a whole chicken in my freezer and would like to cook it tomorrow for dinner. Please tell me and explain (even recipes) on how i can cook this chicken and it turn out juicy and taste just as good as the one in stores. Please keep in mind that i will be cooking it in the oven, and i have only basic ingrediants like garlic and oinion powder, chili powder, mrs. dash, mequite mc cormics, season salt, regular salt and pepper.. i do have butter, oil and potatoes, and things like that (if that helps at all on cooking this chicken. it weighs 4.84 pounds and is a foster farms chicken.... i hope i have included enough info so that yal can help answer my question...Thank you in advance
Sew in Weave in short Hair?
Is it possible to get a sew in weave with short hair? I got my hair cut the end of december. im going to get a sew in tonight, and the person whos doing it says they can do it, but im kind of anxious. Can you put hair extensions in really short hair? The top of my hair is 3-4 inches and the sides/back is just about an inch, maybe an inch and a half. Can I fit clip on extensions if I back comb and layer them?

SHORT DAMAGED HAIR LADIES PLEASE HELP?
Hey all, PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ANSWERING I am a African American female and about a year ago i cut my hair in a cute short style, really low in the back and a long side bang just like rhianna, now that my damaged ends were chopped off I am starting over from scratch... Since then my hair has started growing back but it is still pretty short for 10 months to have passed by already. It is starting to even out which is great. I no longer wear weaves because I want my real hair to grow out long and beautiful. MY QUESTIONS: 1) Is there anyone who has struggled with short damaged hair and been successful with making it become healthy and long? 2)What are some good hair product for black people to use to make there hair to become healthy, long, and thick. (moisturizers, shampoo's, conditioners, anything?) 3)What are some tips to ensure that my process of growing my hair will be successful, anythings that I can do? Any techniques out there? Things I can do at home. I do not have much money bc I am a college student so I have been going to a beauty school and have them do my hair for me but I am will to go to the salon if that is best PLEASE LADIES I NEED YOUR ADVICE!!!! Do you think my family should buy this horse? She is a dark bay thoroughbred mare. She is about 16 hands. She is an amazing jumper, and does the high childrens in the A circuit, which is 3'6-3'9. She can turn on a dime!!!! When she came in, she was supposed to be for my little sister, who is a pretty good rider. The mare was too strong for her tho. Now me and my dad are thinking about buying her for me. Just for like 2 years. I already have an AMAZING gelding. But he is only 6, and isnt ready to show in the high childrens yet. We are thinking of buying her for me, and in 2 years when my sister gets stronger, then she can show her and have her. Do you think this is a good idea? I want to buy her, but my dad needs some convincing. She has a star on her head that looks like a C. So does anyone have any good C names?
