Sharp anal pain during pooping?
the day the pain started i had just woken up and had to poop 5~10 minutes later. i didn't drink a lot of fluid the day before. i had probably only drunk 2 or 3 cups of water that day. so to poop that day it was a bit harder and dryer. after pooping with pain for the first time there was blood on the toilet paper. after that wiping my butt would usually result in poo and blood together on the toilet paper. i also always have to wait for 10~15 minutes after passing my first poop since it still hurts afterwards so i have to wait for the pain to go away before i wipe. after going to the toilet my anus felt like it was throbbing, but that was the first year i had the pain. the second year up to now it doesn't throb, but when having orgasms after i poop i have this tingly feeling in my anus. also when standing up to pee after pooping and finishing it we males have to kind of pull the anus back in (i don't know how to describe it lol) and that feels quite awkward and tingly as wel

I know this is a gross topic but I have to ask because I don't know whats causing this... when I hold it in for a while i get these really sharp pains in my vagina and abdomen what is causing this?? It happens when I hold in a fart as well. Any clue as to what this is?
39 wks pregnant with constant sharp shooting pains INSIDE bum/va-jj/pelvic?
I know that these pains are probably normal but... when u get 2 a certain point in ur pregnancy ur ready 2 hear ("it could be a sign labor is near" or "thats what i was feeling before i went into labor!") lol Anyways i been having constant back pain in my middle & upper back. I went from being constipated to feeling like my bowels r getting looser (tmi) i been feeling extra gassy as well. The pains im feeling start in my butt nd then shoot into my va-jj nd all through my pelvic area. im terrible at paying close close attention to time nd all that. It's probably my body getting ready for labor. But goshhh!! Im jus soo miserable at this point. I been moodier then ever:( nd i absolutley hate it... I feel bad 4 my family around me, i dnt mean 2 be snappy at all. But it jus seems like everything is bothering me nd im jus emotionally nd physically drained. I guess my question is has anybody felt these pains before they went into labor or something? Middle/upper back pain/crampy/sharp pains in bum && va-jj?
When i fart there is a sharp pain in butt after i fart. why is that?
hemorrhoids. Change your diet, or exacerbate them. Get the cream. Take a mirror and look for a bloody bulge or feel if there is a bump on the exterior. They get inflamed from hard, little feces. So, change your diet means more fiber. Try psyllium or mineral oil at night or both. Check for blood from them if, in fact you do have them. You might want to check first, then ask the doctor.

39 weeks pregnant sharp pain when i pooped is this normal?
i am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant I been feeling a bit constipated for a few days i have been able to poop tho. but tonight when i pooped i had a sharp pain that lasted a while and it felt like i was getting in even in my stomach...has anyone gone through this and have any idea why i got that?

It may be that your cervix is leaning towards the back of your vaginal canal -it's normal for your cervix to change position throughout your menstrual cycle - which means it's pressing against the vaginal wall adjacent to your anus, so when there is poop passing through it's putting pressure against that wall between the anus and vagina so pressing on your cervix. When you bear down to push out the poop the muscles that you use are in the same collection of muscles as your vagina - thus why when women give birth midwives tell them to bear down as if they're having a poop - so it may be that you're straining those muscles too much while trying to pass poop. If you have had light spotting since unprotected sex see your doctor for tests for STD's.

Water and salts are reabsorbed in the Large intestine. In your mom's case, she is extracting so much water, creating a hard, unhealthy stool. So get your mom some metamucil. Have her drink 640 mL of water every day as soon as she wakes up. Try that for a week and and she'll be fine. Continue to do so and encourage fresh fruits, not more than 1 banana a day. Have her walk in the mornings. Oh yeah, avoid hi salt foods which further dehydrate you and avoid diet sodas or food with caffeine that also cause volume depletion.
