Can I take the NCLEX-RN with a shoplifting misdemeanor in AZ?
It is stated that you should disclose all misdemeanor and felony convictions at the time of submitting the applications. They seem to give importance to of fences relating to "Driving under influence".Each application is evaluated on a case by case basis.The board of nursing considers the nature,severity,and recency of the offences ,as well as rehabilitation and other factors !!
Can I join the army with a shoplifting misdemeanor?
A shoplifting conviction means several things: 1. You have a criminal past. 2. You have no respect for other people. 3. You are a thief. ANY criminal conviction will require a waiver to get in, and with the massive drawdowns right now, the odds of getting a waiver SUBMITTED, let alone approved, will be just about impossible. As for Josh's advice, the chances of the NG letting you go is slim - and with the huge drawdown right now, it will be nearly impossible for a National Guardsman to get into the Regular Army. Can I get a job with a misdemeanor in shoplifting?
Please be positive because I already feel down about ever finding a Job. I'm 21 and in college right now I will finish my associate of arts degree this semester and will hopefully continue to take classes at Uh downtown. I'm thinking about taking two online accounting classes this summer and majoring in accounting. I'm bilingual and have worked before in food restaurants like Lenny's sub shop and taco bell.. I have tried to apply to Jobs with no luck and wouldn't mind just volunteering at a company for experience. Right now I'm just desperate and will try anything and it seems like the competition is fierce for jobs and experience is the Key or a bachelor degree. Well any advice? Please help me? Shoplifting misdemeanor will I be drug tested?
Me and my friend were arrested for a misdemeanor of shoplifting at a retail store (under $300) and our court date is in 30 days... This is a first offense, Im 21, Ive never had any past offenses and I may be put on probation... will I be drug tested the day of court? or after? Also, I was a regular marijuana smoker (but yes, I have completely quit smoking since the arrest) and I have been taking niacin and drinking lots of water for the past 4 days... what are the chances I will pass the drug test? (30 days from now, and no longer smoking marijuana) also, if I dont pass the drug test will I be arrested for drug charges? (even though my arrest has nothing to do with drugs) thanks for any advice, opinions, personal experience, etc.
Can I still become a Pharmacist with a (shoplifting) Misdemeanor record? What if its a Felony-shoplifting?
18 year old. I was caught shoplifting 3 days ago and my court date is on December 30. I might be convicted for a felony but I'm praying only for a misdemeanor. What are my chances of still becoming a pharmacist in the future if I am convicted for a felony? What if its a misdemeanor? ---I live in CA ---My plans: currently in Jr. college, transfer to UCI, apply to San Diego Pharmacy school, become a Pharmacist, enter pharmaceutical sales.

Felony drug convictions while receiving financial aid and having a sex offender status are the only two reasons why you would not be eligible for financial aid.
Will rite aid hire you with a misdemeanor shoplifting charge?
I just had an interview with a rite aid near me in VA. They required all misdemeanors and felonies to be disclosed aside from driving offenses unless it was a DUI. So we talked about it and he said he understands mistakes and was appreciative of me being honest. The entire interview went well including when we talked about that charge. However when we were ending the interview he made a statement that worried me. He said I have three interviews left to conduct and then I will make my decision and hire who I feel would best meet rite aid's standards. I assured him that he would have no problems from me. That it was a lapse of judgement and I would do nothing to embarrass my girlfriend or her mom both of which are rite aid employees. Her mom is a store manager but couldn't hire me because of my relationship with her mom. Her mom has been a manager at rite aid for about 14 years and is close friends with all of the other managers in this store other than the store manager and IMO is the sole reason I even got an interview. I have unlimited availability, cashier and customer service experience and the ability to come in at 4am to do truck which is when this store does truck. Even though my last two jobs paid me over $12/h I was okay with min wage because I am mainly taking this job to help me out in between semesters. So I would prefer replies from a hiring manager of either a pharmacy or another retail location.
