Should Company Move Boards Of Fence To Face Out

My neighbors keep calling the police on me and falsely accusing me of criminal acts. I am afraid to go outside of my house. What do I do?

I have a neighbor that is fixated on my husband. She seemed a little off, but once she found out about his time in prison she developed a full blown obsession. She wrote the association board for our community a complaint about him slamming doors and watching her when she was outside. This was nonsense but they still had to address it with us. She wrote subsequent letters to the board stating he has a key to her car, and gains entry to turn on her radio...that he lets air out of her tires...that he's getting in her home and releasing ants...and he's poisoning the food in her refrigerator. We'd see police at her door, but they never stopped by to talk to us. One day last fall, my husband was riding his bike. This neighbor pulled her car in front of him and slammed on her brakes, causing him to fall off his bike. Her behavior was now endangering him so we went to the police to file a report. The police were helpful, and knew our neighbor well. Apparently she'd filed lots of police reports about my husband and a few other men from the neighborhood. The police recognized she has mental health issues and never pursued her later complaints. So what can you do? Try to have your cell phone ready to record if you think your neighbor will confront you. Keep a cool head, there's nothing wrong with not engaging in an argument. Don't be afraid to talk to the police to see what your options are if you're being harassed. You don't want to end up on the wrong side of this problem.UPDATE: my local police department reached out to the neighbour's daughter, the daughter called my husband to apologize and let him know she will be intervening in a medically supervised care program for her mother. She made sure he has her contact info should we have any problems. I give her all the credit in the world, she was wonderful and it's great that she wants to be involved in her care! Here's hoping my neighbor gets back on track.

Wife wants me to find better job, which I agree but hard time making her understand more salary doesnt always?

you've basically hit it right on the nose. there isn't really any other way of telling your wife that it's not a good idea unless she hears about someone else doing it and instead of succeeding when the other way. In her eyes there are greener pastures on the other side of the fence and she wants that greener pasture but never judge a book by it's cover meaning just because it looks greener doesn't mean it is.

just keep trying the same way you have been. and keep saying the same thing you have been until she hears it from another's mouth. It's like those times when you thought of it first but in order for say your dad to agree you have to make it seem like he thought of it first..does that make sense??

good luck to you and I completely agree with what you are saying, me and my hubby have passed on the moving to another city just because the pay seems so much more than what we are making now, because when we looked at the whole picture, if we had moved we would have been stressed financially, the cost of living there compared to the amount paid is way more then here..

How can the HOA kick you out of your house when you own it?

How can the HOA kick you out of your house when you own it?Your HOA cannot directly kick you out of your home. There is a bit of a legal process. The HOA can do this because while you own your home, the HOA owns the neighborhood in which your home lives. That means you are responsible to pay dues to the HOA which controls your neighborhood. If you break HOA rules, you may get fined. If you fail to pay fines or HOA dues, the HOA can put a lien on your house for the dues and fines and lawyers fees owed. You cannot sell or refinance your home until that lien is paid. And if the lien goes unpaid for long enough, the HOA can choose to foreclose on that lien, which means that the home will be sold to pay the outstanding liens against the house. You must, as a homeowner, maintain your financial obligations that you agreed to when you bought your home. Remember that stack of papers you spent an hour signing (and you never knew you could sign your name that many times)? One of those was the covenants on file with the City which says that you agree that the HOA runs the show in your neighborhood and you have to play along or face financial penalties. You also agreed that if you don’t pay, the HOA can take what you owe out of the cost of the home. You agreed that the HOA would be the primary non-mortgage lienholder, and could use your house as the collateral for unpaid HOA debts. The bank may be the mortgage lienholder, but the HOA is usually the first non-mortgage lienholder in line behind any mortgage liens. So even if you’re paying your mortgage on time but you fail to pay HOA dues or fines, you can still have a lien foreclosed, and you can be evicted and your house can be forcibly sold in a foreclosure sale to cover what you owe.I oversaw two foreclosures for failure to pay HOA dues and fines during my tenure on our Board of Directors. It’s a very lengthy process, but we worked as closely with the homeowner as they would allow. In one case, we worked out a payment plan with the homeowner which allowed him to stay in his house. In another, the homeowner simply wouldn’t play nice at all. Tangentially, he ended up going to jail on a DV charge. A real sweetheart, that one. We threatened to foreclose, and while we were preparing to file, the bank decided to foreclose which meant we got paid without paying for the foreclosure. Phew.

I desperately need treasure hunt riddles for a party tomorrow! please help?

Pencil - I am at the end. I get rid the other ends mistake.

Envelopes - i start with an e.
end with an e.
and usually only contains one letter.

Fireplace - It’ll be cold on board as the waves take us over,
you’ll so wish to warm yourselves with burning clover.

Kitchen Table - Around this place we’ll gather for vittles and drink,
or bet on some game of cards if you think.

Mailbox - We ship out soon, don't be late, and your marching order will come to the box by the gate.

Garage - it’s dark and dank,
full of stowage and vittles if we be frank.

Flower bed - If you pull a bunch from this bed,
they will flourish and bloom,
and calm a mad pirates head.

Shower - Some take me in the morning,
others take me in the evening.
But one thing you should know,
that when I am taken, I do not go.

Microwave - I have a sound that goes beep,
and while the time I do keep,
my main function involves heat.

Door mat - I dont go out and play
I just stay home all day.
You may have thought how pretty I be,
but mostly your feet just rub me.
