Should I Get The Ipod Touch 5th Gen 64gb Or 32gb

Which iPod Touch 6th generation should I buy, the 32 GB or 64 GB?

Thanks for the A2A.Whenever you talk about RAM or Storage, always buy the unit with the most you can afford — no matter what the device. So buy the 64GB iPod Touch — especially since you say you watch videos. A typical movie takes between 1 and 4GB of storage. You can reduce that by doing a conversion specifically for the iPod Touch screen, but videos still take up a lot more space than music or pictures.

Should I buy an Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation 16 GB @Rs 15990 from the Rediff shop online?

Specifically if we first take up the fact that you are talking about the 16 GB model, one of the main drawbacks it has is that it does not have a rear camera. The same is not true for the 32 GB and the 64GB ones. Other than that it is obviously an iPhone without the calling feature. As far as the cost on Rediff is concerned, it sounds pretty okay considering the original price was not alot more than this. About purchasing it from Rediff, I am not to sure about the quality of the product from Rediff.

How much video can I record onto the 4th gen iPod touch?

It depends on the device capacity. Each minute takes 66.7 MB approximately (source: http://www.ipodtouchfans.com/for...), so:8 GB : Aprox. 121 minutes = 2 hours32 GB: Aprox. 484 minutes = 8 hours64 GB: Aprox. 968 minutes = 16 hoursThis isn't very accurate because the devices have lover capacity than the official indicated as they carry the firmware and system files too. Additionally, some videos will take more MB depending on the frames, audio and other recording variables.A important thing also is that the battery won't last too long to record video regarding of the capacity of the device.

What games can I download on an iPod touch 4th generation 16 GB?

How to speed up iPod Touch 3rd Generation?

It won't have a monumental difference, but if you delete:
1) The apps in the multitasking bar (if you haven't already) by double-pressing the home button and tapping and holding the icons until they shake and pressing the minus button at the top (it doesn't delete them from your actual iPod, just the RAM - promise!)
2) Apps you never use or movies or music you never use then freeing up the memory makes it a little faster.
Hope I helped!

How do I know which generation iPod touch I have?

The easiest way to do this is to check the model number against Apple's Support document, Identify your iPod model. This document also includes descriptions and other information that should help you figure it out. There are fairly obvious differences that you can see just from looking at the pictures in that article. Only the second- and third-generation iPod models looked similar, but they only had one capacity in common – 32GB. So if you have a 32GB device that looks like a second- or third-generation iPod touch, you'll have to resort to checking the model number, otherwise you should be able to tell just by looking at it. Key points:If it has a 4" screen like the iPhone 5, it's a fifth- or sixth-generation model. You can tell the difference between these two by the presence of the loop anchor on the back (fifth-gen). If it doesn't include a rear camera, it's the oddball and short-lived 16GB fifth-generation model (see Apple debuts stripped 16GB iPod touch 5G, nixes 4G model). If it has a 3.5" screen, but includes front and rear cameras, it's a fourth-generation model. If it has no cameras, a contoured back and 64GB capacity, it's a third-generation model. If it has no cameras, a contoured back, and 8GB or 16GB capacity, it's a second-generation model. If it has no cameras, a contoured back, and comes in 32GB capacity, it could be either a second- or third-generation model. This is the only case in which you'll need to check the model number. It is has a flat back, bezeled front frame, and rectangular black plastic antenna cover on the rear corner, it's a first-generation model. You can find the model number on the back of your iPod touch, or if it's become obscured or is too tiny to read, you can also find it by going into the Settings app and choosing General, About.  Note that the model number shown in this screen will not match what's on the back of the casing, as Apple uses two different types of model numbers, with the "A" series numbers representing each generation of device, regardless of colour or capacity, and an actual model number, usually starting with "M" that represents the specific colour and capacity within each class. You can find a complete list of models and corresponding "A" numbers at The iPhone Wiki.
