WIZARD 101 or WORLD OF WARCRAFT?

WoW ftw, but only for bringing Game Fuel back, im not a WoW fan.

Should I get World of Warcraft?

Should I buy World of Warcraft? I know it has been out for a number of years and I used to be an avid player, but canceled my account last year. I'm really considering playing it again due to the new expansion coming out. Is World of Warcraft now outdated, or is it worth looking into again?

Thanks

How Do You Get More HP On WoW - World Of Warcraft?

These people are twinks. It is impossible to play in the 19 bracket of battlegrounds unless you are properly twinked out. Twinks have the absolute best armor, weapons, enchants, trinkets, profession boosts, potions, etc. If you google "wow twink" you should be able to find more information.

Now, a level 19 cannot just become a twink. You would only be able to do a half-assed job. Many twink items are quest rewards or dungeon drops, so you would have needed to plan ahead from level 1 to get all these items before you turn 19. The other items are from the auction house, usually for lots of gold that you probably don't have.

Level 19 battlegrounds is all advanced players. They have a level 80, and their twink gets money from the other character.

Since you are just on a trial account, I suggest that you skip battlegrounds for now and keep questing.

Which version of World of Warcraft should I get?

I went to Gamestop.com a few minutes ago, and I thought long and hard and decided I wanted to get World of Warcraft for my computer, BUT I've run into a problem. The regular version of it is back ordered and Gamestop is known for not having much stock in there online store, so as far as I know, it could take 2 days to 3 months to get to my house. I'm an impatient person and I don't feel like waiting that long. But as I scrolled down the page I noticed other versions, The Burning Crusades, etc. and they are in stock. Do I need the full version, or can I go ahead and buy the expansions?

Also, I'm pretty sure my PC can handle the game, but I just want to be sure. Here's my specs, please let me know:

Operating system: Windows 7
Graphics card: GeForce 6600
RAM: 2GB
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.00GHz

Please let me know if I will be able to run WoW smoothly and let me know what settings I can have it on (high, med, low, etc.)

Thanks,

Max

I want 2 get a world of warcraft gold guide?

See, if you buy the gold then you risk trouble. Plus, when you want more, you have to buy more. I just got this guide here, it's strategies for farming, selling, and manipulating and it can't get you in trouble because all you're doing is playing the game. I reviewed it on my blog, so you can check out all the good points and how it helped me. Or, if you just want to jump to it and check it out, the link is down there too. It's only 37 dollars.

Where should i quest from 79 to 80 in world of warcraft?

Try going back and doing quests in other Northrend areas, sometimes they open new chains that can be done in Icecrown and Storm Peaks. Also, doing battlegrounds and random heroic dungeons not only help you get experience, you also get new gear. You -might- be able to get to Vashir once you hit 80, but you need to have some pretty good gear to not get absolutely mobbed there.

Should I stop playing World of Warcraft?

As a guy who’s played the (non-grindy, mainly PVP) parts of WoW on and off since 2004 AND was a Psych major in college, I am probably uniquely qualified to answer this.If WoW is competing with other more important things (like school or relationships or work), then man/woman up and quit it. There are plenty of fantastic games out now with actual endings. Which will disturb your life less. (I will plug Witcher 3 as a wonderful example.)The MMORPG endgame is a grind based on two psychological principles. One is called the Hedonic treadmill - Wikipedia and the other is the Variable Ratio reward schedule (read: the most addictive one) in something called Reinforcement - Wikipedia learning. If you actually read up on these, you will start to see how the game is manipulating you and this may make it easier to quit. In my case it at minimum gave me severe distaste for ANY “grindy” part of the game, from weekly raiding to dailies to grinding any limited in-game resource. Life is too short to be grinding a hedonic treadmill, man.One thing I do miss from MMORPG’s is the social element. Just do what I do and play co-op games with actual endings. ;)Hope this helps you answer the question for yourself.

Should I jump to level 100 in World of Warcraft or start with level 1?

One other thing most have missed here, is that you don’t have to straight out boost to 100 with Legion. You now have a trial feature, so you can use this to find classes you like, if you’re new. It’ll allow you to go just past gaining your artifact weapon (which ‘scales’ with you for the entire expansion). If you’re a new player, I’d try the trial out on the characters that seem the most interesting to you. Then, you’ll probably want to level your favourite to 60 and pick up a couple of professions, as these get boosted to 700 when you boost.Using this method you will miss out on some 60–100 content (Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, Mists of Panderia and Warlords of Draenor). However, this will also keep things fresh if you decide to level another character ‘legit’, and you’re not missing out on all that much. Most of the dungeon content you can also pick up in Legion’s “Time Walking Dungeons” too, which scales you all down to a level appropriate, although still slightly overpowered. If you’re a returning player, I’d still recommend running the trials on a couple of characters. It’ll be slightly more difficult though, as it won’t really be worth boosting say an 85 (if you’re returning from cata), and you’re more likely to have your favourite classes higher. 85–100 will take you probably about 10 hours, tops (including being a bit rusty). You’ll have to weigh the time levelling, or pick a ‘second favourite’ class that you’ve not yet levelled.Another thing to consider for either option would be to pick a multi-role class. Paladin, Druid, Monk are all great as they can tank, heal and dps. That means you’ve got options if you want them. Other options would be warriors, priests, shamans or a death knight as these can tank/dps or heal/dps. Pure dps classes, while they can be fun can also lead to slower dungeon queue times (10–30+ mins, vs instant. Longest queue time on my tanks or healers are about 1.5mins off peak).

What type of mage should i be?? WORLD OF WARCRAFT?

You have to be careful with mages since they're squishy. Arcane tends to be very heavy on damage and while that is good in the field and running solo, this can cause problems in parties, random dungeons and raids as it is very easy to cause more aggro than the tank can manage and you end up with something pounding you into goo before the healer can heal you and the tank can recover the mob's attention.

Frost is good in groups since there is a slow function to it and will reduce the speed in which a monster will move which gives a tank a chance to recover aggro if you overdo it. It is also less damage than arcane thus helping you keep your aggro below the tanks. It is also good for soloing since it gives you more time to cast more spells.

Both are good, but you need to learn how to play both. I'd actually suggest learning how to dual-spec and switch between them.

Additional: Yes, at level 40 you can get something called Dual-Specialization which allows you to switch between the two types. Look it up on wowwiki.com ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Dual_spec ) for more details. And thanks to dual-spec, I am both.
