When can you count a male teacher weird/perv?
If he leers at anyone -- male or female -- makes inappropriate comments, is touchy-feely, or gives too much attention to one student or a particular group (males or females, the developed girls, the jocks, etc.) for reasons other than straightforward favoritism (if he is the football coach, and tends to focus on the football players, that is wrong, but not pervy). You probably know, and are asking this because a teacher is giving you the creeps. The best thing you can do is talk to your parents about it. You do not have to sit them down and testify against the teacher. Just introduce the subject at a convenient time. For example at dinner, or when being driven to the mall, just say "Mr. Smith did something weird today." and then tell what happened. Your parents' antennae will start twitching soon enough, and you will have built a case against this teacher, without created a big scene. This way, if the teacher really crosses the line at some point, your parents can confirm that something was going on long before that. Of course, if the teacher does pull anything, like groping or making an explicit comment, then students present should go to the principal and/or their parents ASAP.
What to do when a teacher keeps making fun of me?
I'm basically that quiet girl in class (10th grade). I struggle with social anxiety and shyness so speaking in class is definitely not easy for me and makes me really nervous one of my teachers is a outgoing, "funny" guy who likes to make jokes about his students, especially about their weaknesses which is obviously my shyness and he keeps picking on me because of it constantly he says things like: do you even know how to speak? i cant remember what your voice sounds like you seriously need help are you also that quiet at home? oh i cant joke with (my name) because she never talks! those are some of the comments he said to me last week and it only resulted in the whole class laughing at me and making fun of me also last week he called on me to read out my work and when i tried to answer he pretended that i wasn't talking and kept looking up. he told me to repeat like 7 times and even though i raised my voice he just laughed. i was tormented by him and the whole class for straight 10 minutes... on friday i finally decided i will talk to him about this issue and it took me a long time to build up the courage for that. so i went up to him and asked him to stop making these jokes about me in class because my anxiety is a serious issue and these jokes are no fun at all for me and make me feel really uncomfortable. guess what, he just laughed and said theres nothing wrong with some teasing and i shouldnt take it so seriously. i dread going to school every day. what can i do?

Like others say, he's behaving inappropriately, though just how seriously it's viewed may depend on what part of American society you're in. But the law covers all parts of society and you shouldn't have to put up with it. In the original sense, he's not a pedophile, since that would mean he's attracted to kids below puberty (no boobs at all), and the fact he has a girlfriend is yet more evidence that isn't involved. There's nothing abnormal about him feeling an attraction to girls your age -- there's nothing psychologically deviant about him for that reason. Some people would call him a pedophile if he actually had sex with a girl your age, because they use that to refer to the person who commits that crime. But he's not really related to men attracted to prepubescents -- some of whom never do anything inappropriate at all. It's unlikely you are in danger of more than this same sort of harassment, unless you responded positively to his attentions, and in your case that doesn't seem at all likely! But it's his obligation to keep his attractions to himself. You shouldn't have to put up with it. It's up to you how much of a stink you want to make about it. You could get a free consult with a lawyer, if nothing else, and that would probably get some action. But you might have to deal with hostility from the school administration and others. Just threatening to bring a lawyer in could get the administration's attention.

I find that if you are a brave fellow,just go straight to him and I say I fall for you. If you are abit tiny wee bit timid, than I think maybe youc an drop him a hint? or best,you should ask about him like to his friend like in a joking tone "haha,he have a gf?" or maybe you approach him like a friend and say "haha,are you looking for your gf?" this will hint what he is. The first way is direct approach but the second is rather indirect and to observe first! good luck :)
Is my gym teacher flirting with me?
I'm 16 and my gym teacher is 23 I know really young. I go to a private school and all of our teachers are close to that age but get he's the youngest. I'm very active. I have a slim body and flat stomach and big breasts for my body frame. I do find my gym teacher attractive like a lot if the girls at my school. He told me that he liked active girls then have me a flirty smirk. If he joins a team in gym he's always with me. If he's in the opposite team hell guard me or stay close to me. Last week I was on a jog, I was wearing a sports bra type thing and yoga capris. I saw him at a field playing football with his friends. He came up to me and was like hey how ya doing gettin your workout huh? I just smiled and said yeah you too I see. Then he commented on my belly ring. He said I didn't know your bellybutton was pierced I said yeah got it done a few months ago. Then his friends were like Jon get over here he said pink looks good on you then jogged over to his friends. My sports bra thing was a bright pink. He kept looking at them as he talked to me. I know this sounds bad but I didn't mind. I find him very attractive but I know it can't go andywhere as he's a teacher and I'm under 18. Basketball is not my thing so he personally came over to me and helped me with my form. His hands were in my hips and hands. We were outside of school. I don't want him to get in trouble for this. He's hitting on me,right?? How can I get him to stop?? Without reporting him like I said I don't want anything bad to happen to him. Do high school boys prefer to be taught by male or female teachers?
I preferred to be taught by a male teacher.There is (and should be) a hard limit on how close can we get to a female teacher. I tend to avoid consulting my Chemistry tutor, who is young and lovely looking. I do not want any implications that I want to flirt with a teacher, even though I have no intention to.It is also easier to recover from a conflict with a teacher of the same gender, be it late for homework or outright defiance. Perhaps it is less awkward to re-start a conversation with them.Nevertheless, we do need to taught by, talk with and learn from female students and teachers for a healthy growth. We will eventually be an adult that eventually needs to collaborate with female counterparts, or else it will problems like this.
