Should We Ask Company To Replace Boards Of Fence To Face Out

How can I convince people to not throw garbage on the roadside?

One step and it really works:If you see any people throwing garbage right in front of your eyes, go and pick it up and throw it to somewhere appropriate place for the garbage like a dustbin. Everything has to be done right in front of the culprits eyes. Let him see and realise his mistake. This makes him feel ashamed and he at that very moment might try to ignore the scenario but the very night when he's on his bed he's gonna think back and hit his own forehead on the wall.Second step:Notice or a Warning boardWarning boards which actually reflects a fine of x amount for the violators. Humans have this natural tendency to be scared of paying bills. So, the warning labels with a fine amount is apparently gonna work.Third step:Get dustbins or use your old buckets/containers and place it near the defected area or vulnerable spots. Let the dustbins/litter bin bear this kind of labels which should be fairly visible.Step 4:Write a letter to sanitary inspector/municipal council for cleaning garbage in your locality. Keep them awake with repeated letters if they don't hear.Let’s together make our city clean, our country clean. We all know health is our main priority.

WHAT made hockey change from glass to 'plexiglass' on the fence?

It's been a form of plexiglass in all arenas since 1970 (Los Angeles was the last with real glass). There is an official NHL supplier (and they also supply several minor leagues and International leagues) which has a head office in Missouri, and they've been making plexiglass for the NHL since the early 60s (Chicago Stadium starting using plexiglass in 1963).

The company has continued over the years to improve the product and make it more ';glass-like' while retaining the properties of safety-glass.

The fence between me and my neighbor is leaning over and it may need to be replaced.?

I bought this house new 12 years ago and that is how I KNOW how old the fence is. The fence IS on the property line. It belongs to both of us. It is not a fence where only one side faces out. Every other 10 feet it goes in and another 10 feet it goes out. I don't know how to explain it any other way. WE BOTH OWN THE FENCE. I think it is leaning towards her house. I have two dogs and I don't want them to go in her yard. There is no Homeowners Association. I live in California, but that shouldn't affect anything. I just need a SIMPLE answer for my question. Not a smart ... or rude answer from some poor soul that it makes them feel good to act like an idiot. So far, no one has answered my question well.

Should I attach the fence post(s) where my fence meets my house? How do I do it?

I'm going to be building a 6 foot tall cedar privacy fence in the spring (with pressure-treated posts) and need to determine what to do with the two posts that meet the side of my house.

In order to ensure that my 15 lb dog can't get through any cracks, I want to get the posts as close to the house as I can. If I make an 8 or 12 inch diameter hole for the post, that leaves a 2-4+ inch gap by the house, the latter of which I'm sure she could get through.

Quick specs that might help: - My siding is vinyl. - The fence posts are 4x4 pressure-treated wood. - The posts will extend 3 feet into the ground, with 6-8 inches of gravel beneath (the Rhode Island frost line is 40 inches). - The fence is 6 feet tall.

Is the best thing to do still to dig the standard hole and set the fence post in there, or should end posts at the house actually be attached via lag bolt or something along those lines?

If they are attached to the siding, should I still dig a hole or should the entire post be attached to the house?

Thanks much.
