Where did you hear it? Is it recent or old? Is it one singer or more than one? It's impossible to tell since...the only words that are Korean are "nae and sarang, and saranghae and yo" and the words don't really make sense together... The first song that came to mind though, when I read these words were f(x)'s "I love you, I love you" I'm not sure why, but I keep thinking of that song, so might as well give it a try. Why do many Korean singers sing Japanese songs after their success in Korea?

Should K-pop singers stop using the word "niga" in their songs? I understand "niga" is a Korean word, but it sounds like the N-word.
First of all, Korean is not even English. Second of all, this is clearly political correctness gone too far. One of the biggest cons about political correctness is that it would go to absurd lengths in order to avoid offending people meaning it can do more harm than good.“Niga” means “you” in Korean. It’s because of questions like these that are the reason some people refuse to learn English. You can’t change a language in order to avoid offending English speakers because it’s racist and unfair. “Niga” is an innocent word and doesn’t mean the same as the English racial slur used to demean black people. What if I told you that the Korean pronunciation of the English word “Joker” sounds like “Big Penis” in Korean? There are innocent words in English that sound like offensive words in Korean, too. Korean isn’t the only language with innocent words that sound like/are spelled the same/close to offensive words in English. Vietnamese, Swedish, French, Chinese, and Japanese for example. The French word for shower is spelled the same and pronounced as the offensive English word d. The Swedish word for ending is spelled the same as the English word slut. The Vietnamese names Bich, Dung, and Phuc are not pronounced “bitch”, “dung” as in poop, or “fuck”. Bich is pronounced “Bick”, Dung is pronounced “Yung” or “Zung”, and Phuc is pronounced “fook”. There are innocent English words that sound like offensive/negative things in different languages. Gift is the German word for poison.My point is, these are all just coincidences and English is not the only language in the world. There are 100+ languages. Also, not everything is English-based. Just because it’s a popular international language doesn’t mean everything should be all about English. K-pop is not even American-based so not everything is all about America. Why do Korean idol groups or singers like to switch or mix some English words into their song lyrics?
I think to appeal more to people outside of Korea. English is spoken and understood a lot over the globe. Also to show that Koreans/ Asians are willing to learn English even if it may be difficult for them. You must remember that English has a whole other structure in sentences and grammar than most Asian languages. And the writing and alphabet are so different from the romanised one. Also English sounds catchy. Even we Dutch people like to throw around some English words here and there in conversations or songs. And don’t forget about the influence from the West, especially among young people.
