Skyrim: Rescue Mission.Glitch??
There's a Mission where I had to save Eltrys and bring him back to Markarth. But after I made it out of there.. He somehow died? I tried to reanimate him back to life.. but he turned into dust. After some time when I made that mission active.. It lead me out in the woods where he was dead.. I got so irritated so I ignored that mission for some time. But when I tried it again. It lead me to the Shrine in Markarth. I kept activating it nothing worked.. I'm assuming he had to be there with me. I don't know what to do.. do I have to restart the game over till that point? I can't reload the previous save.. I've done to much missions.

i have to rescue hern from fort fellhammer , but he is not there ????? the marker says hes there but hes not , and i have her you are suppost to kill hern with the dark brotherhood but i killed all of the dark brotherhood ???
Skyrim: Rescue Mission?
I am currently doing a Rescue Mission for the Companions in Skyrim. I have to rescue Drevis Neloren from Darkwater Pass. I found him and he is locked up in what basically looks like a well or hole in the ground. I can not get to him because there is a grate on top. It looks like it opens but I can not find a lever or chain to pull anywhere. The funny thing is, in my quests log it says I already saved him and that I just need to talk to him but he is still locked up and I can not get close enough to talk to him. Anyone know what to do?
Skyrim rescue mission help?
I got a quest from the companions that said i had to rescue Amren from Morvunskar. I went and cleared the place but i never found him, but it says i rescued him and now have to talk to him however i can't find him anywhere not in his house or on the street and the objective marker is randomly pointing me to a giant camp outside whiterun which I already searched and clairvoyance is leading me in circles even though this is my only active quest. I started this quest a longtime ago so i cant restart it. The companions won't give me anymore quests until im done with this so does this mean im locked out of the companions quest line? Is there a way to fix this?
Skyrim Rescue Mission quest.....Where is Ysolda?
So this is the issue... I typed "Player.move to 1a69a" which is Ysolda's refID and I popped into mid air 80 feet above the plains west of Whiterun. So my solution is this... Type "TGM" in the console, which will toggle God Mode. Ysolda should live on the fall but she'll crouch in pain for a moment. After that just disable TGM and fast travel to whiterun, she should follow you back via that method. This is how I solved my issue, may be different bugs in other games but follow this method with some adjustments and it should work. P.S. I found it interesting that her RefID has 69 in it and you can marry her later.
Skyrim, Rescue mission failed and I can't continue!?
No, unfortunately there's no way to enable the failed quest. The only way to do it is to go back to a saved game before you failed the quest. I'm sorry, I know you probably wouldn't ask if that didn't mean sacrificing a good bit of game play. In your settings you can have it set so that every few minutes your game will automatically save anytime you open your inventory or main screen. I suggest putting it at least at 15 minutes to try and avoid huge game losses. However failing that quest won't effect your game too much. You should still be able to continue with the companions quest line.
