Any tips on writing a condolence letter?

I am deeply saddened by (xxxx's) death, and I know that the loss of your child has been a terrible blow to you both. My heart and thoughts are with you, and I pray you will be comforted in your grief.

(xxxx) was a wonderful person. Once when we were together (xxxx) and I ...(tell of a personal remembrance here, a good and happy one)...

I will never forget (xxxx), and I hope that in time your sorrow and pain will be forgotten, and only all the good memories will remain.

Am I raising the Antichrist? I NEED HELP/ADVICE HERE!?

Have you ever considered asking yourself that maybe he has had that same feeling you've been having? He is the last of 7 children. He does not look like any of them. You say people has come up to you and say he looks like this other man. Don't you think he knows this as well? He is on a path of destruction because he does not belong and I am pretty sure he feels resentment from you and your wife. From the way you wrote things it seems as if both you and your wife are looking at him with resentment and are always constanly reminded of your past, and he sees and feels it everyday. I am pretty sure he is acting like this because he knows with every ounce of his soul that he is the half sibling and doesn't feel like he belongs and no one has explained to him why is it the way it is. He is acting out maybe because he doesn't feel like he belongs, he is hurt, and maybe confused. He's not an antichrist. You and your wife need to sit down with him and really talk to him. I think it would be best if you all do this via therapy. With a pofessional.

Water and diluting juice?

The special K diet is all marketing. If you want to loose weight and keep it off you need to try and follow a balanced diet of protein carbs and fat at every meal. Eating just Special K is all carbs and fat. The protein they list is incomplete, there fore not giving the correct hormonal response in the body. Try eating for breakfast some oatmeal with berries, some scrambled eggs with a "little" cheese. Lunch a salad with some turkey or chicken breast and light dressing. Dinner could be a chicken breast with some veggies lightly cooked (otherwise they loose all their nutritional value) and some rice.

Try to stay away from processed foods, like Special K! Eating whole unrefined unprocessed foods is the best thing you can do. Try when you go to the grocery store to purchase most all your items from the out edges of the store if that helps :) Also you should be eating 5 to 6 small meals a day, this will greatly improve energy levels and helps to cut cravings.

I hate arrowhead water so I can totally understand where your coming from with the Volvic water. Try these things I've listed, I have been teaching nutrition for years and I know it sounds tough but all of these things really work. I ate this way through my pregnancy and now at ten weeks post I only have 7 more pounds to go and I have only made it to the gym about 8 times! Eating right can do wonders for not only your body but your skin, hair, emotions and energy level!

Best of luck!

Loss of libido after break up, now questioning?

So this has been going on for over a year now, and I'm completely confused and frustrated. Here's the gist of my story:

I'm 27. I've always known that I was attracted to guys, never wanted to date girls as such. I came out at the age of 24 after a lot of repression and anxiety. Started dating my ex a few months after. We dated for just under 2 years and the relationship ended. Since then though, I've had no, sex drive at all. Because of this coupled with my anxious mind I started questioning if I could date or be attracted to girls. I find a lot more that I identify with then I do gay men, but honestly being gay was and is all I know, but now I have this seed of doubt in my mind and no attraction for so long, it's left me super confused and in an asexual stupor. Any advice or comments would be awesome.

thanks much!

Does eating two slice of whole wheat bread for breakfast and dinner and 120gm of rice for lunch too much carb?

Ok, so the first thing to realize is that Carbs are NOT bad for you. The media and stupid fad diets like Atkins have demonized carbs as bad, which is bogus. Some carbs are bad for you, mostly simple sugars like you find in soda, candy bars, etc. Carbs found in whole grains, veggies, fruit , etc are Complex Carbohydrates, very different. You ate whole wheat high fiber bread, which is very good for you, multigrain is better, but at least you didn't eat white bread. There is nothing wrong with rice and anyone who says there so, is totally full of crap. Why? 1 billion Asians cannot be wrong and rice is a staple for them!! Ever see a fat Asian? No.

My advice, DON'T worry about the carbs, totally ignore that, just stay away from the simple sugars. More importantly, eat a balanced diet, lean meats, fish, complex carbs, fiber, fruit and veggies. Manage this with portion control, don't over eat or go back for seconds.

Find your BMR online, Basal Metabolic Rate, which is how many calories your body requires on a daily baisis, based on height, weight, age, gender and level of daily activity. Assuming you are lightly active, 1-3 days of exercise a week, your body needs just over 2000 calories a day to function.

According to the height/ weight charts, you are not overweight for your height, assuming you have a medium frame. You shouldn't really lose anymore than 10lbs, max.
