Extremely low, close to zero.History shows that the World cup is a competition of its own, and there never was a winner that was not among the top 2–3 favorites to win the tournament before it started.I would not consider Portugal, England or Belgium to be serious contenders but rather that one of those teams might have a decent shot at the semifinal, pretty much the same way Uruguay, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia, Sweden or the Netherlands did in the World cups that were played since 1994.Asian or African teams are not gonna make it, the only surprise might be Argentina but to be honest their attack might be solid but their midfield and defense are something to be really perplexed about. If they won that would be a great story.
