How to get wifi working on Kali Linux 2.0, installed in Macbook Air early 2015 model.?
I have created a live usb of kali linux, but cant get the wifi working in any way. i have tried installing broadcom wireless driver that i found on internet but deb packages are not installing offline. "dpkg -i " cant get the correct driver for the 32bit. I tried installing 64 bit but it wont boot for some reason. but its allrite for me i just want to try out. So if anyone have any solution, please it would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

Since you have a blue screen of death when you log into Windows XP, that means there is a driver or software issue. But you said you can log into the PC in safe mode. That means a driver or software you recently installed is causing the issue. 1. You can try selectively enabling the applications booting up in a normal account(using msconfig.msc) and see which is the culprit application. 2. Or try creating a new alternative Windows Account and try logging in. It can be that the culprit software is not set to start for all users. Also installing Windows 7 on a machine with Windows XP will FORMAT your C:\ (It will copy all the files on the C:\ to a folder called Windows.Old). You will lose all your settings and preferences set on your XP. So yes, installing Windows 7 with theoretically solve your problem (So will repairing or re-installing Windows XP) But make sure you backup your Data and setting using safe mode before you try anything.
My Airtel data card is not working in windows7 ultimate 64 bit but its working in win xp? pls suggest?
hi da first remove the device and uninstall the airtel data card software, 2: in run dialog box type regedit press enter, expand HKEYLOCAL_MECHINE - serch u r airtel broad band name and delete that 3: restart u r system and once u r system get start plug the device and install the softer after installing the software wait for 2min coz it will install some plugins as data inter face, ect ect,,,, Regards, Sameer 09342246210
Dell Laptop saying No bootable devices available?
So when I start up my dell laptop I get No bootable devices available at the top of the screen along with options of selecting F1 restart F2 settings and F3 troubleshoot. When I troubleshoot the problems it says that there is no like hard drive or something. Note: The farthest I can go is a black screen that gives me those 3 options.

Well you should be able to go to the PC makers website and get your XP drivers. Best option is Microsoft whilst you installing Xp it could be that your hardware is not compatible either Linux or xp you may have to remove your modem or the drivers need to be installed before you install Xp eg. I had to install my Raid card after the Xp installation it just kept on stopping on me also my Graphics's card was unwelcome I tried it with another one and it finally worked got myself Xp driver software reinstalled both cards only to be told by Microsoft I had made major changes and They had to update my serial(KEY) number then I spend a week chasing all that stuff, all OK now,hang in there.Visit Microsoft websites and get some more info.
