Stores Where I Can Get Lots Of Clothes For Less

Where to get a lot of clothes with $100?

Hello! First off, I will say, I know EXACTLLY how you feel. It is hard to find good clothes on a college budget. I don't know your fashion style but personally I am a jeans and t-shirt girl. My wardrobe is also in desperate need of a pick me up. I literally have t-shirts from H.S. and forth of July past (try 2009!) that still see the light of day. So, if you are like me and like jeans and t's what I would suggest is trying a local department store that has cute novelty shirts for a reasonable price. Me, I am not ashamed to shop the discounted racks. Just know though that if the original price was $27 and it is now $15, though it says "clearance" I consider that a sale. Now if it was $27 and it is now $10 and below and it is in your size GRAB IT! LOL! Don't be afraid to shop the discount racks, you might be able to find some cute things. Also, I like to shop for things out of season. (also kind of going back to the discount racks) Now is the time for some stores to bring out their spring line which means that you will start to see sales on all of their winter wear. Start there. Nice jeans, a cute skirt, a nice long sleeved blouse might be right there with your name on it. Also, ask your cousins where they go. If they name a place that is out of your budget range, find out where you can get the look for less. I hope this helped. Be blessed.

How can I get a lot of clothes with 100 dollars?

I need a lot of clothes this year and I only have 100 dollars to do it. Please please please help. My parents are making me pay for my own clothes. I get its to make me all independent and stuff so I'm not mad or anything. I'm starting my first year of high school and I'm a girl. I'm not THAT fat, but I'm also not model skinny. I'm also working on losing weight if you could give me any advice. Oh and THANK YOU to whoever answers, you're really helping me a lot. :P

Do you think its wrong to buy babies clothes at thrift stores?

I'm 6 months pregnant, it was an unexpected pregnancy due to birth control failure, but very welcomed:)

ANYWAY, my husband and I are not rich, so I have started buying clothes at the thrift stores(nice clothes only of course, noting stained or icky) Just clothes, so I will have more to spend on the babies furniture and diapers, etc.

I've been getting judged by a lot of people, telling me its not right to buy used clothes, even though I know babies grow out of things fast.

What do YOU think?

If I shop at thrift stores, does that make me cheap?

Um no that makes you fashionable and you can always shop at consignment store they are awesome and unique as well. Plus jewelry is one of a kind at thrift stores! That is the best part!! I love vintage style clothes and you can always say it's "vintage" and it makes it one of a kind and your friends will shut up. You don't have to tell people where you got it just say it's vintage!

Which job would you take? nanny or retail-clothing store??? which is less stressful, better, etc. please help?

Consider total income: Include not only hours and rate of pay but what benefits come with the job. Would you get health benefits, paid sick leave, paid vacation, social security contributions by employer, etc.

Consider your present and long term goals. Why do you work? Is it only a stop gap job to support yourself, keep yourself busy and not preparation for career?

What is your long term career goal?

As far as environment, unless you already have some inside information you don't know which would be good to work for. Visit the clothing store and talk to some of the employees, hang around and see what info you can pick up.

As far as the family, you need a fair and reasonable employer and no brats from hell.
