Strangest Thing You Did In Front Of Your Crush

What is the weirdest thing you have ever done in front of your crush?

I tried to enact a Shahrukh Khan stunt in front of her house! Ended up getting a couple of bruises along with embarassment.So my crush and I went in the same school, commuter in the same auto rickshaw, attend the same personal tution and spend a lot of time together.Now, “Main Hoon Na” was released at that time and I happaned to watch it. If you remember there’s a scene where Shahrukh Khan follows a Scorpio in that three legged cycle and in midst of the chase jumps high in the air, shoots at the tyre of the car and bang! Catches on of the enemies.*This scene when he was in air before he landed*Now I was dumb enough to convince myself that I can do it. There was a problem, we used to take a walk till the tution as it was nearby. But hey! I’m supposed to be on a cycle to perform that stunt. So just after we came back from tution, I threw my bag in the room and hopped on to my cycle. I made a few rounds of society to make sure that my crush is in verandah so that she can witness the epic fail of my life!As soon as I saw her in the verandah I quickly went to take a run up. Came back with full speed and used the bumpers as a ramp, which was just besides her house as it was in the corner. Concentration at it’s fullest. I raced through the bumper, and in those miliseconds for which the cycle was in air. i tried to fly with one hand still holding the cycle.The last thing I remember, I was lying down with both my hands injured and hips in agony. First reflex was to check if my crush saw this act of madness. To my surprise, my crush was nowhere to be seen around her house. This was the chance to save my fucked ass. With all the power I was left with, grabbed the cycle and ran to my home while cursing the makers of “Main Hoon Na”. This incident was safe in the lowest drawers of my brain untill I came across this question.

What was the weirdest moment you had in front of your crush?

One fine day, almost 1 year back..I was sitting with her while we were in bus..( Yes after 3 years of have a crush on her, I started talking with her, 3 months before the incident)WE WERE JUST HAVING RANDOM TALK, then suddenness idk what happened to me I asked her Do you have a crush on someone?Guess what she said NO!I cannot express my happiness, I though that yes yes yes….. I have a chanceThen suddenly she asked Do you have a crush on someone?Inner Me:- Yes I love you, You are the one……Outer Me:- AH Um Um……………..THEN AFTER THAT WE REALIZED THAT OUR STOP IS HERE!!!!!I tried to change the topic but, When we entered the block she said YOU DID’T ANSWER MY QUESTION!I suddenly said HER NAME…I realized what I did then continued I AM NOT GONNA TELL ANYONE( you see presence of mind)I STILL HAVE CRUSH ON HER!!If you r reading thisA<3

Have you ever messed up in front of your crush?

Yes.I have this ‘Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock’ T-shirt that I just love. My mum got it for me in 2016 in appreciation of my Geek habits.Now there is thing weird thing that happens. Every time you meet your crush, you’re in the same clothes! Literally every time and you think that makes them think you’re weird.Now, I had a crush on this beautiful girl and every time we met, I was wearing that T-shirt. It got to a point where when I wore it, I would say to myself, ‘Huh! Today am gonna meet her’ and it actually happened.We never talked to each other but always gave each other a familiar gaze.One day I was chilling somewhere lost in thought as always when I heard someone tap me. ‘Hey, my name is kate’, she said with a smile and offered me her hand. I was so out of it I didn’t know what to say. Like a dummy, I ended up saying, ‘Hey Kate, I am me. Nice to meet you’.Then she laughed and said, ‘I know you are you dummy. What is your name?’I told her my name and she told me that I should talk to people sometimes. She told me of all those times i just stared at her without saying a word.Then she said it, ‘I like your T-shirt’. My mind registered that I had always worn that T-shirt whenever we met. Like a fool, ‘I actually have other clothes’That made her laugh a lot. ‘Sure. Everybody does. But you sure are a weird person’Then we got some ice cream and I got her number.We didn’t end up dating though but we did have a lot of fun times together.

What's the strangest thing you can affirm from personal experience?

Not sure the following qualify as "strangest", but I will share it anyway. My cousin and his wife tragically lost their lives in the infamous SQ006 crash in Taipei in Oct 2000.Here's the strange coincidences pertaining to this tragedy. He rescheduled his flight three times and finally picked SQ006. He was asked by family to fly at a later date to join them for a later family reunion but declined. There was very  bad weather  that night and SQ allowed cancellations without penalty - and made provisions to passengers booked on SQ006 to take a subsequent flight. Many passengers changed their flights - resulting in more than half empty flight of 179 passengers only on the Boeing 747. My cousin chose to fly on SQ006.The weather was very bad - with very poor visibility conditions - resulting in SQ006 taking off on runway 5R, instead of 5L - the designated runway, adjacent to 5R. Tragically - due to very sloppy airport management - heavy construction equipment was  left on 5R - with no barriers on the subject runway to block and prevent aircraft from taxiing on it. Air controllers and the pilot both missed the fact that SQ006 was on the wrong runway. As a result - SQ006 hit the construction equipment full bore on take off and crashed - resulting in the loss of 83 out of the 179 crew and passengers on board. My cousin and his wife was among the 83 that perished in the inferno. There were 8 Malaysians onboard - 4 survived.Most of the passengers that perished sat in the mid section of the plane - close to the fuel storage areas. My cousin's original seating assignment was in the rear, but he chose to move to the mid section before the flight took off. His bring onboard luggage stored in the original seated area (he did not have time to move it when he shifted seats) was found intact after the crash - indicating he would have most probably survived the crash. When one consider the mutually exclusive chain of events that led up to him not surviving the tragedy - the combination of randomness of all of the events to the sad outcome is amazing - very "strange" indeed. May god rest their souls. Their two surviving children are now in their late teens (both not on SQ006) , growing up well to carry on their parents legacy.

What is the weirdest thing a friend has done to you?
