Stretching My Ears From 14g To 12g

How long before I stretch my ears 14g-12g?

I am getting ready to start stretching mine and have done ALOT of research on this. I stretched mine to 16g with fake plugs now i'm waiting on my kit. First they say never to wear the tapers only use them to stretch the ear then put the plug, tunnel, Gauge in (which ever you choose. Most of the smaller plugs made for stretching have the o rings on each side.

If you do it right waiting any where between 2-4 weeks between stretches (just depends on your body. but no quicker then two weeks) you should be fine and have no bleeding or bad pain. Dont stretch to fast you dont want a blow out. Also when going up in size it is smart to use ear lube or st reaching balm when you do your stretch.

Also once you stretch them dont take them out to shower you will want to leave them in just like you did when you got your ears pierced the first time! Good Luck I will post a ;ink to stretching kits on amazon they have great deals!!

When can I go from 14g to 12g (ear stretching)?

Hi, I just put in my 14g pincher into my 18g ear hole, and it went in w/o pain (I've worn earrings all the time, since I was a baby, so that's 15 years), and my hole doesn't feel sore, and I can turn it w/o pain. Does this mean that my hole can fit a 12g w/o pain, like I can just slide it in? My friend who's at 6g told me I can skip to like 10g without it hurting, but I already skipped 16g, and I don't want to skip other sizes. So my question is when can I put a 12g in, because I think my hole is healed.

How long should I wait to gauge/stretch my ears from 14g to 12g?

For safe stretching you should wait at least thirty days, allowing your earlobes to fully heal.

By the way: you can't rip your ears from stretching 14g to 12g one of the other comments is extremely inaccurate, the way you are stretching is the safest. Also, it is called gauging.

I stretched my ears from a 14g to a 12g in four days. Is that ok?

I started stretching my ears starting out from a 14g. four days later, my ears were healed "at least from my perspective they were". My ears were not sore, no blood, no pressure, no nothing. they felt normal as if i never stretched them. So i decided to stretch to a 12g. the taper went in with no problem what so ever. it made me think about skipping to a 10g but i didnt.

The next day my ears felt fine lol. no soreness no nothing. i feel like i can stretch to a 10g " even tho i wont"

DiD i stretch to fast tho? is it okay for me to stretch when i feel my ears are ready? or should i wait longer?

my ears seem to heal fast. i cant even feel the 12g tapers in my ear btw. i can pull them all type of ways and it doesnt hurt.

im only going to a 6g or 4g

I just stretched my ears from 14g to 12g and it didnt hurt, can i go from 12g to 10g in a week?

I stretched my ears about 3 weeks ago from 18g to 14g and it hurt so i waited 3 weeks and went from 14g to 12g today and it didnt hurt at all. I've always heard that i should wait 2 weeks but if i could hardly feel it can i just wait a week? NOTE: I only want people that know what theyre talking about to answer, if your just gonna tell me its stupid and gross dont bother, i do not care!

How long to wait between 14g-12g stretch.?

There isn't much in the size as it is. You wouldn't be able to get a blow out because there is practically no size difference... i waited a day between mine and it was fine because your naturally can stretch to a 14g after 5 years of having the piercing... but i went from 14g to 10g and i had to push it a Little and it hurt a Little bit but as i said did not get a blow out s you should Absolutely no problem....

How long to change from 14g to 12g (guage/ear stretch)?

when gauging your ears, they usually say to wait a few weeks before you go up a size.
i sometimes go faster but its really up to you (its safer to wait. you dont want to blow out your ear. which is basically ripping it during gauging. i wouldnt worry for you though cuz theyre not very wide.)

I didn't feel anything when stretching 14g to 12g? (READ DESCRIPTION)?

So January 18th (i think) of 2013, i stretched my ears from regular piercing gun size to 14g. That hurt pretty freaking bad, partially because I didn't lubricate it with anything, and it proceeded to get kind of infected (both lobes) but they aren't infected anymore. I use the plugs and tapers from hottopic called Morbid Metals. Today, February 20th, i decided to stretch to 12g because it has been 2 days over a month since i first started stretching. well i took out my 14g plugs, cleaned my ears off with hydrogen peroxide like usual and then i put Vaseline on my lobes and on my 12g tapers and popped the tapers through but i didn't feel anything. no stinging sensation, no pain at all. not even pressure. it was almost like i put 14g tapers in, but i didn't.
is there something wrong? or is it totally normal? i mean if there was pressure, I wasn't paying attention enough ahah.

Do they make 14g or 12g hollow plugs for stretched ears?

not that small, no. the smallest flesh tunnels i've seen are probably 6g or 4g.

When is it ok to take out newly stretched gauges, and how do I take care of them?

I couldn't understand everything you wrote. But you shouldn't use acrylic on newly stretched ears. Nor on healed ears for extended periods. Also, tapers shouldn't be used as jewellery. They're tools for stretching, and are not supposed to be made of acrylic.Alcohol is too harsh for healing piercings or stretched ears. Sea salt soaks are good.Always stretch with steel, titanium or glass, in a studio while on small gauges. At large gauges you should wait till it grows enough for you to put a larger piece.Patience and proper materials are the keys to not ruin your ears.About taking out the jewellery: Your ears start to shrink after you remove it. The longer you wait, the slower and the less it shrinks.
