T-mobile Billing Issue.

Pay a portion of T-mobile bill?

My T-Mobile bill for this month is about $200. Due to my budget this month, I decide to pay only $100, so my balance now is about $100. Is is OK if I do so, or I have to pay the whole billing amount? Is there any extra charge for just paying a portion of bill? Thanks

How do I get a bill for each line on a T-Mobile family plan?

If you are the owner of the plan you can log in online and look at each individual line. Print it out if you need paper billing. They give you a break down of each line and it's associated costs. If you are not the account owner but are on the plan you can set up a log in with your phone number and then look at your lines break down as well as the total for the entire plan but not everyone else's break down. Keep in mind that there are other costs associated with an account so maybe it is only 10 bucks to add your line on but the plan was 60 to begin with. If you want to know your fair share you need to divide the initial plan cost and add that portion to your cost

What is the process to sue a mobile services company (T-Mobile in my case) for false charges? And, how long is it going to take for the claim to be addressed?

Jennifer Ellis is right, you probably agreed to arbitration. Your contract will tell you how to start this process. Even though arbitration isn't a "real court" depending on the amount of the charges a lawyer could be a real help.I am guessing you already tried this, but l'll mention it anyway. Have you told T-Mobile if they don't drop the charges you'll leave? That's what I do every time my cable and internet providers try to up the price and it works like a charm.Edit:(Details were added stating that the company offered to waive the charges). In law, there has to be "an injury" recognized as such. Having an incorrect charge on your bill is vexing, but certainly not actionable. If this is something that happens repeatedly, tell the company they are about to lose your business and follow through if they continue to mess up your bill.

Does t-mobile show the numbers you called on the bill?

um you can log on t mobile.com and it has a list of numbers called and received....
i dont belive they do it on the bill
