What is an ideal weight for a girl thats 5 foot 4?

I am 5 foot 4 and 140 pounds....
I've always been MUCH smaller....it depends on how you're carrying it.
My 140 pounds is an improvement on when I was TOO SKINNY. I finally have gotten some hips & boobs! Which at 120 pounds or less i did not have...
I'm still a size 7 in most clothes - which is great for a woman - and a size 9/10 if I want to be "comfy"
It really depends on how you're carrying the weight... I am active enough that it is proportionate and in the right places

If it's sitting in the wrong places - some sit-ups (or crunches), some arm curls and a stair stepper are what I use to keep it away from the problem areas: Butt, thighs & gut
