How to turn off split screen on Xfinity?
So, for the past few days we've been having this issue. With a lot of the newer movies that we rent, like Jurassic Park and Terminator: Genesis, the screen has been split into 3D mode. Unfortunately, our TV isn't 3D, and we can't figure out how to stop the split screen thing. We've wasted almost thirty-dollars with this, as the split screen is giving us headaches. Any ideas as to how to fix it?

There is no way for you to display two different source on one tv screen. This is to be a feature on a tv (PIP) picture in picture, the last tv I know that had that was in the early 2000. Hope this will help you out.

No, unless they have changed it in the last couple years. PIP takes one program stream from an AV input such as an HDMI or component video input. The other program stream MUST come from the antenna connection. I know of no TV offered for sale in the US that allows you the flexibility to take both program streams for PIP functionality from AV inputs. As I usually say, since you did not give a specific model number, I can't even check my information by looking it up. You should be able to read your own owner's manual though.
