Why do i have flabby thighs?

i am 16 and i am pretty slim. i carry no weight on my stomach and you can sort of see my abs. i don't exercise heaps though i used to run everyday but now i just walk.
the problem is, my thighs are sort of wobbly mainly the inner thighs as well as a bit dimply. it isn't extremely noticeable as i still have a bit of muscle but why is this? i walk and do pilates like once a week.
is it to do with caffeine because i drink a cup of coffee everyday or could alcohol be the cause? i drink alcohol rarely like once every month or two though when i drink i tend to drink a lot.
what is the reason?
how do i tone up and stop dimples?

Why don’t I have any abs even though I am very slim?

Well if you're like me when I was much younger it probably has a lot to do with your genetics and where your body stores the most subcutaneous fat. I graduated from Marine Corps boot camp and I was 6 feet tall and weighed 150lbs with a 32″ waist and could run 3 miles in a few seconds over 19 minutes and crank 100 sit-ups in less than 2 minutes. Now you'd be hard pressed to find anyone to say that I shouldn't have had abs with those kinds of numbers but I didn't. Of course I had abs everybody does but I didn't have defined abs at all I did have a very flat stomach but the fat around my midsection was just enough to keep me from those washboard abs or the veiny arms that ripped guys have. There was no way my body fat % much past 10% which in most people that workout is a recipe for a set of nice 6 pack abs. Does that mean no abs for you? No it just means you will have to diet and exercise even more to get rid of that last bit of fat that doesn't want to leave your midsection. As an aside you don't lose fat cells you just shrink them to make them smaller when you are trying to lose weight. People seem to forget that genetics plays a huge part in your results. Those giants in the magazines that are on all sorts of chemicals, they'd still be far bigger than your average guy who was on steroids even if they were natural because they are genetic freaks to start out with.

Why do my abs feel tight but loose fat is on top?

There are two possible answers to your question.1- Fat and muscle can coexist. You can have well-developed abs while still having body fat that covers them. Remember this: muscle tone is about exercise (as well as wellness throughout your body), but fat loss is about the food you eat. Exercise and eat wrong? Visceral fat is the dangerous stuff, connected with diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, many cancers, and more.It is a very common occurrence, especially with men, that excess visceral fat forms underneath (or behind) the ab muscles, maybe even extending outward into what is commonly mislabeled a beer belly. It does not extend outward in all cases, though. Because visceral fat is firm, it feels hard, like hard abs. How do you get real toning results when you work out?

the diet hold back 90% of the people from seeing the results that they desire. going to the gym is easy, eating healthy meals day in and day out is not. the healthier the diet and the more whole foods it contains the greater the positive effect there will be on the endocrine system.

too many people focus just on calories and not the source of the calories. the foods that you consume have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. it will respond accordingly when healthy foods are consumed regularly and when heavily processed foods are consumed regularly. the healthier the diet the faster results of exercise will be seen

How to tone abs and legs?

lunges, squats... leg work and ab work!!

try laying flat on your back and raising both your legs at the same time to about a 30 degree angle... hold for 10 seconds and repeat!!! This works your belly and legs.

For your abs do crunches and sit-ups stuf like that!!!

Swimming classes are good.. as they use your legs heaps!!! just try eating healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water!!!!

Running... walking... skipping (with a rope) skipping is great to do ( i know a person who lost 6 kg in 3 weeks for skipping 100 times a day)

try any exercise that involves leg work... as you start to get fitter this will help your abs as well!!! situps are good though for the meantime!!

Is it easier to have toned abs if you’re skinny?

No. I was once desperate for abs (no idea why, there’s extremely overrated) and was dieting to get skinnier and skinnier and did all sorts of ab workouts. I got abs eventually but my whole physique looked meh.Later on I decided that I wanted to get really big and strong. I started eating more and lifting heavy weights. I did the Starting Strength program, doing tons of squats, deadlifts, overhead presses and bench presses. Basically big compound movements while never doing any direct ab work. I was just eating as I felt normally and eventually noticed I had gotten a defined set of abs without even trying. What’s even better is the rest of my body wasn’t absolutely puny.Anyway, there is an explanation for this. If you’re extremely skinny and have tiny muscles then your rectus abdominis (your 6 pack muscles) and probably tiny as well. If they’re really tiny you’re not going to have a nice set of abs even if you’re super skinny. You can see tons of skinny teenage boys running around with hardly any fat on their bodies but no abs.Not sure who this is but he’s a good example. This man’s got a high bodyfat percentage but visible abs because his abdominal musculature is well developed. I can guarantee you he didn’t get those giants abs by doing medicine ball exercises..If you really wanna get abs I can only really recommend weighted ab exercises, my favourite being cable crunches. Don’t do medicine ball crap or regular crunches, they don’t work. The really important thing when training any muscle is progressive overload. This means adding volume/weight over time. Just doing the same amount of sets and reps and weight forever will get you nowhere. Go to the gym, find a weight you can do for maybe 10 reps, do 3 sets and go home. Come back in 2 days and increase that weight by 5 lbs/2.5 kg and do 3 more sets of 10. That’s how you build strength and muscle.Good luck! :)

Why do skinny guys have abs?

Well let me tell you why,

First off, everyone has abs. Yup. Six packs to the max we all have them. What the **** do I mean?

I mean our bodies (male and female) naturally have abs.

Why can't we see them?

Well because our body fat percentage is not low enough.

You can be skinny and have no abs.

Though if you are skinny with low body fat % then your abs wills how.

Even if you never lift a damn weight in your life.

Sucks right? Everyone with sparkling abs.


Though that's it.

Crunches and sit ups will get you no where. All that does it build some of the muscle up. Doesn't make it visible

In order to see the abs lose weight.

In order to lose weight eat smaller meals every three hours. That's it.


200 calories or less every three hours of the day and boom abs in a month or two.
