Photography question-- Golden Hour?
any tips on shooting sunrise/sunset, what settings to put an SLR on, and what effects occur on different settings? Trying to keep this brief... Basically, any ideas or tips on shooting the golden hour (the light from sunrise and sunset) you wanna share, please do. 10 points to best answer. :) Thanks!
Tips on describing a photograph (contrast, texture form...)?
1. dont just think a clear and sharp photograph is a winner. 2. take note the subject. thats the most important thing. 3. observe the other things in the photograph. like the foreground, background.. etc. 4. now u can observe the quality of the photo 5. see how clear the photo emphasizes the subject 6. the contrast, form can add to the interest of the viewers so take note of that. 7. also see if there are lines, point of view, angle that lead your eyes to the subject. 8. the color should be appropriate (b&w, colored, sepia, semi-b&w..etc.) 9. just see if the photograph is pleasing. if its not, its a total turn-down. :)
