Trading My Ps4 For A New Laptop

Should I buy a gaming console, gaming laptop or a PC for gaming? I'll be joining a college in Delhi and would be staying in the hostel?

Since you will be far away from home, your best bet would be a gaming laptop. I don't know whether you would be interested in a true gaming laptop. Those are atleast 4cm thick. Should you consider playing some demanding games, the following such laptops should atleast be bought:MSI GT72 2QD Dominator 17.3-inch Laptop(i7-4720HQ/16GB/1TB/Windows 8.1/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 6GB Graphics /with Laptop bag) (Costs 1,70,000Rs roughly)If you are interested in a more economical one, try the Asus ROG GL552VW-CN426T (Intel i7 6700 HQ / 8 GB DDR 4 /1TB HDD / GTX960M 4GB DDR5 / 15.6-inch Full HD Gaming Laptop / WIN 10)(Around 80,000Rs)Any laptop using less than a gtx 950m will suffer penalties in performance for high end games (like Rise of the Tomb Raider, ARK Evolved etc). But since you will be using it to play FIFA, buy any laptop at 50k to 80k. It will work more than fine for FIFA.Note: Even these seemingly top end gaming laptops doesn’t offer even half the performance of a similar costing desktop PC.Eg: This is a GTX970M, a graphics card used in mid to top end laptops.and this is the GTX970 (desktop) Graphics cardYou can see yourself that the desktop card is much bigger. Bigger=more space for more chips, better cooling and much better performance.I’ve just finished college. When I bought my laptop (at beginning of first year), it was a fine one which ran all games perfectly (at lowest setting). When I was in my third year, ALL new games struggled to run even at 15fps (at lowest setting). Now at the end of fourth year, even a 1.8GB game (Offworld Trading Company) doesn't run on my laptop.Should you consider future proofing your laptop, go for the Asus model. But be warned, its about 4cm thick (and might provoke some ridicule among your friends coz of that)

Alien isolation on laptop.?

Hp Notebook Specs:
8 GB DDR3
Intel i5 3.2 Ghz
Ati Radeo HD 8670m

So, i installed the game and it worked in 17 fps with ultra settings, wich were the default settings. I put all of them on low and the resolution on 800x600 as i do with most next gen games and they usually work at about 30 fps but then when the rendering area was bigger the fps started dropping to 19 and i tryed to see how it would work on ultra settings with 800x600 resolution. Well...that was unexpected cause it worked with 42 fps constantly, better than on low settings and i tried to but the resolution up to see if it worked like that. it didn't , so why is only the resolutuon affecting the game in a bad way? and how can i make it work on a higher resolutuion ?
