Will my PS3 headset work on my PS4?
If it utilizes a USB dongle that's plugged into the console, then it will most likely work. Otherwise, if it uses some type of wireless connectivity (namely Bluetooth), then unfortunately it will not. Turtle beach x32 won't pair?
Try calling the support for them and see what they say, you might have a factory error or a hardware malfunction and might need to return them. Also I hope your trying all this with your xbox on since it kinda needs to be for them to work

Why won't my new x32 turtle beach headset connect to the transmitter?
Believe it or not, the manual has it backwards.....I was having the same problem. So try this....turn your headset off.....hold the PAIR button on the transmitter until it flashes rapidly like the manual says....then release it and let it flash. Then push and hold the power button on the headset until the two fast beeps and the power button is flashing rapidly......give it a few seconds. Mine paired the first time i did it this way
