Accidentally dropped FEDEX in USPS box :( what do I do?
So, I have a fedex box mailed to me from my phone insurance company. The return address was filled out prior by the insurance company. However, the return address is simply a serial code correlating to their computer system. I totally didn't realize they sent a fedex package until I was dropping it into the USPS box :( I don't know what to do.. it's been a few days. I heard of course you're not supposed to use this method, but they are interlinking and my package will only be delayed? Jeez. Thanks!
What will happen if you put USPS mail in a UPS drop-off box?
I sold a textbook via Amazon and put the package in my nearest UPS drop-off box. Only later did I realize that the shipping label was USPS, not UPS. Whoopsies... Does anyone know what will happen to the package? Will they return it to me?

If your mailpiece weighs more than 13 oz and is bearing only stamps as postage, you’ll need to take it to the retail counter of a Post Office™, Contract Postal Unit, or Approved Shipper location. If left in a mailbox, it won’t be picked up; if dropped in a collection box or lobby drop, it will be returned to you." - https://www.usps.com/ship/can-you-ship-it.htm I have a package weighing about 15-20 pounds and would like to put it in the drop box, but will they accept it? The reason I ask is because they say "and is bearing only stamps as postage," and since my package doesn't have stamps as postage (it is prepaid, printed postage from my printer) doesn't this mean I can drop it? USPS PO Box, UPS Mailbox or FedEx Dropbox?
What should I get?A ups po box, usps mailbox, or a fedex dropbox? I need a box to receive online purchases such as high heel shoes etc.. I just found out ups does not deliver to usps mailboxes because it does not have the access to do so? Which one works 100% to get my products without any problems? Thank you all!

What happens to a UPS package mistakenly dropped into a USPS Dropbox?
When I worked in an USPS Distribution Center, we would on rare occasion get an UPS or FedEx package with the mail. The would usually send a truck to our building daily because they had mail to send or something, and we would give them anything we had for them. We have cooperative arrangements for package delivery so we are not hostile to each other. Most local post offices also get daily deliveries from FedEx and UPS, so they have contact with their drivers as well. Also our Letter Carriers deliver to places that have UPS and FedEx pickups, like the office superstores and the UPS Stores, so there are many opportunities to get parcels to the correct carriers.
