say something about how it affects people on the world today. Valentines day is someting we all hold near and dear. It's a day of love, loyalty, and gestrues. This is ironic because it is a day celabrating the death of a saint. Despite this it means something different to everyine. some find it depressing and others get extremely excited about it and yet others find it as an excuse for companies to sell chocolate and flowers. No matter what your opinion is it is a day accepted by everyone and means somthing to all of us.

There is this girl I really like, but I know I'm not ready to go into a relationship. I'm a good friend of hers, but I don't know what to do for Valentines Day. I'm not going to buy her flowers, would a little box of chocolate be enough to satisfy her? I don't want to lead her on or anything, but I think she deserves something for Valentines Day even if it's a little gift. FYI If I were to buy anything for Valentines Day, she would not be the only person getting a gift (her sister too).

Here are some ideas: - Ask him what his favorite candy is and get him a jumbo size of that bar. Buy some cute wrapping paper and wrap it up, and give him a cute card with it. This shouldn't cost more than a few dollars. - Buy two tickets to a movie you both can watch together. You can do this with relatively inexpensive tickets for all sorts of things, like a museum exhibit, concert, or something. Put the tickets in a cute card. The day love is in the front burner,when lovers swoon in amorous nonsensities ,and rollicking in verbose words of love.lts also a day when those who have no lovers forage for lovers.Spectacular is that the mourh does most of the frolicks of love.lts mainly verbal. Not too many end up in bed.. Therefore,the central tool is spoken words.Against this backdrop ,is it really possible to be lonely and wtite rants. With the availability of verital tools of modern communication—phones,e mail,whatsapp and text message coupled with media like facebook swarming with two billion people.These are egregarious males and females.who you chat up,who are very willing to” roll” l will rather “rant” love -struck chats on valentine than rant as a lonely man.It has become too difficult for any one to be lonely in a world where there are billions dying to talk, rant and rend their hearts and not their garments for the purpose of linking in love ,friendship and even marriage ,even if its temporary.Loneliness and associated rants have become,obsolete and terribl archaic. Being a woman or a man, please help me to understand. Why one Valentine's day, do people automatically assume that the man is supposed to buy a gift for his girlfriend or wife or even his mother, but it's not looked at the same when someone says, “what're you getting him for Valentine's day?”. People tend to think that holiday is solely for the women. I thought we all had this holiday as equals. I mean, women have their birthdays, mother's day, Christmas, and sometimes if you're married your anniversary can seem a little one sided as well. Men have the same holidays, but look at how for mother's day the stores be packed with all kind of this for mother's, and right before father's day they only have like one small section for father's day stuff, while they're already preparing the store for the next holiday before father's day even made it. Some people might have that one person or family that exchange gifts on V-Day, but not all. To me, it's still one sided.
