AV Output on camcorder?
The audio from the external microphone would be synchronized properly on the video. If your camera does not have a separate microphone input port, some cameras use the A/V Output as a mic input but you have to make that change within the camera menus. Just be sure that your camera can do that. Not all A/V ports can do that. If you can't use an external mic on your camera, you can use a separate recording device and mate the audio in your video using video editing software.

AVIVO.. what does it actually mean? can i record video in?
hi all.. I have this cable "One in middle" http://www.pcstats.com/articleimages/200512/GBTRX18L256_cable.jpg and the image you see at the end shows S with arrow in, and the other show S with arrow out.. and the yellow ones shows arrow in and one arrow out.. I know Avivo means video in, video out but how? By these wires it can only mean in and Out but hows it work? can i connect a yellow video wire to the Yellow wire "Input" and view it "record" using my PC? everywhere i look says you cannot record using graphics card but what the hell is the put in calling it video in/video out and putting arrows out and in on cables? if it is possible how? I have a HD 2900 xt.. Thanks..
