Was Saddam Hussein a fascist or communist??
He was a despotic leader of a socialist party (the Baathist party) who hated communists. I've always suspected that Hussein's line about hating communists was simply to keep the CIA supporting him. The irony has always puzzled me.

Is Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein or George Bush Fascists?
Italian dictator Benito Mussolini was a fascist, very famous for this, he was even executed by his own people in 1945. There's a lot of info on Mussolini though, he's basically synonymous with the word itself. Google "Creation of Facism" to help you find the definition first, then google "Histories Facists" to help you narrow it down. Writing a paper on WHY: you need facts, evidence (articles, books, quotes, opinions from news agencies like Reuters, Associated Press, ABC News, CNN, MSNBC, periodicals (check J-stor) you could also search Google Scholar, which would have less biased, opinionated articles and more factual info on these three people than a regular google search would. Osama Bin Laden was a Terrorist/Radical Islamic Fundamentalist/Mass Murderer Saddam Hussein was a Dictator/Mass Murderer (he used a biological weapon to kill thousands of Kurdish people) i don't think he was a fascist, a malignant narcissist, yes he was. George Bush is the former President of the US, I don't think he's a fascist. I don't consider Bin Laden, Hussein or Bush fascists none of them fit into that definition. This sounds like a loaded question, especially putting Bush in with Bin Laden and Hussein. Ask your teacher if they are going to mark you down if you don't agree to their political views. I hate it when teachers do this to their students. Usually Bush is not grouped in with "fascism" or two notorious bad guys. This sounds like your teacher has something against the former president, which wouldn't matter but teachers are supposed to be NEUTRAL. Good luck though, this doesn't sound like an easy assignment
How would you describe the way Saddam Hussein ruled Iraq?
Arabs respect strength and tend to have autocratic leaders. Democracy does not seem to be in their blood. I am told that the word compromise does not exist in Arabic. That is why Germany is very popular with Arabs. There religion, Islam, is a counter force to that. It is a very egalitarian religion. There religion resembles Judaism in many ways. I know they will not like my last comment but it is closer to judaism then Catholicism that is for sure.
