Way To Fix Phone Screen Without Replacing I Want To Know Any Method Or Trick That Could Fix A

How can you fix a cracked phone screen?

Chris Williams’ answer is a great place to start. Also, Youtube can be a good follow-up (just search for your phone model + screen repair). Sadly, many phones nowadays cannot be repaired easily, or at all. Be sure you are purchasing the right parts, and figure out whether it is still worth it to repair the phone. As an example, I used to have a Nexus 5, which I broke the screen on twice. It wasn’t easily available knowledge, but you typically had to replace the entire frame along with the screen because the screen was so difficult to align and had a tendency to pop back off from the pressure even if you used industrial grade double-sided tape.If you don’t feel comfortable doing the repair yourself, take your phone to a repair shop and get a quote. If you’re lucky they’ll have the part on hand and can fix it in a couple hours.P.S. If your phone has a “bonded” screen, don’t think you’ll be able to get away with just buying a new front glass (The glass itself is usually only $10–15 instead of $100+ for a complete display). Very few people have the tools, skills, and time to safely replace the glass on a bonded LCD.

Does toothpaste really work to repair a cracked phone screen?

How to Fill a Cracked Screen With ToothpasteA tiny crack in a cellphone screen is not fatal to the LCD's integrity but it does distract the user. You can fill the crack in the screen with toothpaste to make it disappear. Common household supplies beyond the toothpaste will be needed, but no special tools.Step 1.Place a hand towel on a table. Place the cellphone on the towel with the screen facing up. Blow off the screen with a burst of compressed air. Wipe the edges of the screen with a soft cloth to remove any dust that has gathered there. Blow the screen off again with the compressed air.Step 2.Apply toothpaste to the end of the cotton swab. Wipe the excess toothpaste off the sides of the swab with your finger. Wash your finger with water.Step 3.Hold the swab in your right hand. Hold the cellphone down with your left hand. Place the covered tip of the swab against the screen at the left side of the crack. Press down gently as you drag the tip across the length of the crack. Remove the tip once the other side of the crack is reached. Discard the swab.Step 4.Wrap the soft cloth around the pinky finger of your right hand. Hold the cellphone down with your left hand. Place the covered tip of your pinky against the screen at the left side of the crack. Press down gently as you drag the covered tip of your pinky along the length of the crack. Remove your pinky from the screen once you reach the other side of the crack. Place the soft cloth aside.Step 5.Inspect the screen to see if the crack is no longer visible. If you can still see the crack, repeat the entire procedure again starting with the application of the toothpaste to the swab and the swab to the screen.

How can I kill a smartphone without any physical and water damage?

There are atleast two methods which have been tried and tested with 100% success.Microwaving: Put you phone inside microwave and run the timer for 5 to 7 seconds. Just 3 seconds may work but depending upon the shielding of the main board or other parts, it may only nuke it partially. There is no visible marking outside. But make sure to blow away the nasty smoke.Bypass the charger: As said by some other guys, you can cut the wire from the root of your charger and connect those two red and black terminals directly to the mains outlet. As it is very risky, make sure that phone is already plugged in with the another end of connector and you are only touching the insulated part of the wire. If your phone is of modern type with usb charging socket, you dont have to ruin the charger. Just cut any usb cable and connect those red and black terminal to the outlet. Once again this method leaves no visible mark outside but will be fried from inside.Sometimes you can pass only 30 to 40 volts to the terminal and expect the phone to be dead, with no visible mark inside or outside. Try also reversing the polarity. If you posses variable power supply, i recommed increasing the voltage gradually starting from about 7volts until the phone dies. Make sure you take the battery out during this process, if possible. Most of the time those usb killer wont work. Most phones are enabled with some sort of surge protection and they cant be fried with those little usb killer. Moreover, for the usb killer to work, the phone should support usb otg and not all phones do that.

How can I "break" my Ipod without causing noticeable damage on the outside?

Ok, so I got an Ipod Video about 3 years ago. Now, the battery charge only holds for about 5 minutes of music. I want an Ipod Touch for my birthday (1 week from today) but my dad says that my ipod is perfectly fine, which it isn't. I want to make it stop working without causing any damage on the outside. I dont need to fool apple people into replacing it, just fool my dad into thinking its broken. Any form of internal damage would work, as long as it doesnt cause external damage. Please help ASAP, as I really want a new Ipod.
