What Are The Main Differences And Similarities Between Japanese And Philippine Corporate Culture

Similarities and difference between the Preamble of the Philippine Constitution and Preamble of Japan Constitution?

Preamble of Philippine:

We, the sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to build a just and humane society and establish a Government that shall embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony, and secure to ourselves and our posterity the blessings of independence and democracy under the rule of law and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace, do ordain and promulgate this Constitution.

Japan:

Promulgated on November 3, 1946
Came into effect on May 3, 1947
We, the Japanese people, acting through our duly elected representatives in the National Diet, determined that we shall secure for ourselves and our posterity the fruits of peaceful cooperation with all nations and the blessings of liberty throughout this land, and resolved that never again shall we be visited with the horrors of war through the action of government, do proclaim that sovereign power resides with the people and do firmly establish this Constitution. Government is a sacred trust of the people, the authority for which is derived from the people, the powers of which are exercised by the representatives of the people, and the benefits of which are enjoyed by the people. This is a universal principle of mankind upon which this Constitution is founded. We reject and revoke all constitutions, laws, ordinances, and rescripts in conflict herewith.

Cultural Differences between the Philippines and Taiwan?

The Philippines is definitely a Christian nation, with a Muslim minority. Taiwan has never been either Christian or Muslim. The religious differences should not be underestimated. Taiwan was ruled by Japan for 50 years, I think, so there is a definitely influence from Japan, although I have heard Taiwan does not like to admit the connections to Japan, but I have heard from people that visited that the Japanese influence is noticeable.

Differences and Similarities of Japanese/Tagalog language.?

I'm a Filipino who's trying to learn Japanese. I'm tired of taking Spanish all the time(I took Spanish because a lot of Spanish words are loan words in Tagalog). If I was a fluent Tagalog speaker, would it would it be easier for me to learn Japanese?

Since Tagalog words can be pronounced in phrases(For example, "Hanapin ko kayo/Ha-na-pin ko ka-yo") Our grammatical structure is different in comparison to English. It's basically Verb-Subject-Object,(For example,"Kakain ako kanin.","Will eat I rice", is what it pretty much translates to.)
Any opinions?? Extra information onto these guesstimations that weren't mentioned in my question would be considered helpful also. Thanks.

What are the similarities or differences of Thailand and the Philippines?

The weather is similar, the people look almost the same, both are known for their smiles and beautiful beaches, but I think the similarities end there. As a Filipino who has lived and work in Thailand for 3 years, these are my observations about the similarities and differences between the Thais and Filipinos.People: Thais and Filipinos are both friendly people but I think the latter warms up easily to strangers than the former. Also most Thais are gentler and reserved, but Filipinos are generally more gregarious. Both love to party and drink and they will definitely let their hair down once the alcohol kicks in.Culture: Very different. Most Thais are Buddhists which probably explain their gentle nature. Filipinos on the other hand have a very Catholic upbringing that’s why many foreigners think that Filipinos are much more similar to Latinos than Asians. Thais are more relaxed and they don’t like to be stressed but Filipinos, due to the American and Spanish influences, are a little bit more Westernised in their attitude.Food: Thai food relies heavily on herbs and spices and is reknowned for using a lot of chili peppers. Regional dishes exists but generally you can say their food is fiery and spicy. Filipino food uses a lot of pork and seafood and almost every dish uses vinegar and other souring agents like calamansi, citruses and sour fruits to flavor their food. Influences are varied too from Malay to Polynesian, Indian to Chinese, and Spanish to American.Language: The Thai language is tonal and based on ancient languages like Khmer and Sanskrit. They have their own writing unlike the Philippines which has adapted the western alphabet. More Filipinos can speak, read and write English too than Thais and the Filipino language, just like the food, has varied influences.
