What Can You Provide Brief Response

Provide a brief summary of your selected animal, and describe why it is not extinct.?

Your responses may be questions about a summary, a request for more information about an animal, or a statement disagreeing with a classmate’s reasoning about why the animal is not extinct.

How do you respond to "how will you add value to this company?" when asked in an interview?

After 25+ years in HR, the best response I've heard went something like this:I bring my talent at X, my skill set of X, my X years of experience, my enthusiasm, my positive outlook, and my abilities of independent worker, team player, and leadership. I am good at learning new tasks quickly and I am an adept trainer to others.  I will give my effort to be successful here, thus increasing the value of this company. I bring my core values of honesty, reliability, and hard plus smart work.

For a written answer, how long is BRIEFLY define and explain?

Briefly is like something that gets straight to the point without stalling and it’s the shortest version of the answer. You don’t go on about history of the word. Just tell the person what they need to know and that’s it.For example is someone asks you to briefly say what you did last night you would say something along the lines of this (assuming you did do this):I went home, changed, ate dinner at McDonald’s, watched a movie and then went home to sleep. That would be brief.Something that isn’t brief is this:I went home with traffic and I was listening to music and I was on Instagram and when the traffic cleared up I drove home and I unlocked my door to get inside and then closed the door and went to change. I changed into jeans that I bought at 21 forever and a short I got from jc penny. I ate McDonald’s. I bought a Big Mac and it tasted good and then I left to go watch the movies. I watched saw and basically what happened it (proceeds to say the whole story) and then I sent home and went on my phone for a bit before going to bed.As you can see there is unnecessary detail. So that’s the difference and I know this answer isn’t brief.

Why is there a limit on the number of answers to questions you can submit per day on Quora? I have many more answer requests waiting.

Original question: “It’s 9:00 am and I’ve reached my limit. I’m still getting requests from people to answer their questions. It’s not fair to me or them.”Slow down. You’re apparently relatively new to Quora, so let’s step back for a moment and understand how the system works. Those answer requests you’re getting are not coming from real people specifically seeking your words of wisdom. They are, instead, being generated by the Quora system to try to get more questions answered in general. The fact is (and this is not intended as an attack, just an explanation), the 63 answers you have written so far are not particularly helpful to anyone—as evidenced by the fact that in total they have garnered only 38 upvotes, way less than a single upvote per answer. In contrast, the most useful answers here can generate hundreds, or even thousands, of upvotes per answer. Most of yours are simply one sentence, often generic, sometimes just saying “I don’t know.”That kind of response might be perfectly appropriate in a person-to-person conversation, but it isn’t useful here on Quora. Instead, understand that there is no expectation at all that you need to write in response to an answer request. Many people get dozens a day, and the etiquette here is that it is not only acceptable, but expected, that you will ignore those requests…unless you have something serious and useful to say in response. In the context of Quora, “serious and useful” typically translates into an answer that is multiple paragraphs long, shows thought and care in its composition, and has typically taken at least several minutes to write (many of the Top Writers on the site can spend an hour or more on a single answer.) The intention is for questions on Quora to elicit interesting, thoughtful information that is locked up in people’s brains; it is not to get quick, one-line, ‘cocktail party’ answers. My intention is not to sound harsh, or single you out, but rather to clarify for others who may be in your same position the way this site works. Welcome to Quora, and I’m sure we’re all looking forward to your future thoughtful contributions!

What are some common question immigration interviewers ask?

Well it varies. In the same airport at the same time, two different immigration officers may ask you different questions. In my opinion, the question pattern is affected by the following factors:The immigration officerYour nationalityYour visa typeYour overall presence/outlook at the counterYour attitudeKeeping the above in mind, the common questions would be the reason for your travel, what you’re gonna do during your stay, where are you staying etc.Although, sometimes, the immigration officers act weirdly and may embarrass you! I remember watching an immigration officer asking my friend rather aggressively “why do you travel here so frequently!? You shouldn’t come here too often!”.But most of the time, you’ll do just fine.Best of luck with your interviews!
